Presentation

The 100 cm HM carbon mast is a true technological gem. With glide, rigidity, lightness, and precision, it is the perfect mast for race disciplines, delivering unmatched performance with exceptional maneuverability in tight turns.

The 100 cm length takes it out of wave and freestyle disciplines, concentrating on race and high-speed freeride. It provides an ideal height to ride confidently in choppy conditions, maximizing control and stability at high speed. This length lets you execute jibes and tacks at full speed, handling chop and challenging points of sail with ease.

The High Modulus Prepreg Carbon construction boosts the fiber content in the composite. With more carbon and less resin, it becomes incredibly rigid and responsive.

Along with the material work, their application is carefully designed and calculated. The flex and twist are fully controlled by optimizing the orientation of the carbon fiber layers. Additionally, the high-density core of the internal structure is strengthened with a 50-layer carbon double stringer.

As a result, we achieve powerful dynamics even with thinner thicknesses and more fluid profiles than structural ones.

With its 13.5 mm thickness, this mast offers exceptional hydrodynamics. Its sleek design minimizes drag, enabling remarkable speeds while maintaining stability. Perfect for front wings under 100 cm, it caters to riders focused on pure performance with smaller wings.

In kitefoil, this mast excels at maintaining high speed, even in challenging conditions, while providing outstanding maneuverability for tight turns between two long freeride sessions.

In wingfoil, its length allows you to push the limits of freeride or approach racing with perfect control. You can attack jibes and tacks at full speed without fearing a breaching and without worrying too much about managing height.

PERFECT LENGTH FOR SLALOM

The 100 cm length is perfect for fast freeride and slalom. It strikes a balance between freeride and race, providing excellent versatility.

CONSISTENT THINNER THICKNESS

The mast geometry is designed to deliver maximum glide and stability on all water conditions. The lower half of the mast has a thickness of 13.5 mm with a consistent profile. This allows for superior glide with no flexibility or twist. The upper part is designed to reinforce the mast's rigidity. Even with its large length and thin profile, this mast maintains exceptional stiffness, giving you full control.

INTEGRATED RAKE PLATE

The 1.5° rake integrated into the plate raises the nose of the board. The higher front foot position offers comfort at high speeds and forgiveness during touchdowns. This design allows you to push harder with the front foot for increased acceleration.

A more efficient foil shape

One of the key elements in the evolution of this range is the complete redesign of our foils to increase their structural and hydrodynamic qualities.

The new round shape allows a 12% gain in glide and the thicker section approaching the stab increases the strength and rigidity of the foil.

Hours of calculations on extremely powerful computers have allowed us to optimize the smallest detail to maximize performance. The fillets of all our connections have been carefully studied and adjusted to minimize hydrodynamic disturbances and increase the rigidity and resistance of the assembly.

Carbon HM

The TORAY M40J High Modulus carbon used on our Team Series range offers incredible rigidity. It is a high-end carbon that delivers high mechanical properties while remaining resistant. A carbon used in aeronautics as well as for high-end sports equipment.

Its mechanical characteristics, such as its superior tensile strength and Young's modulus, allow for exceptional performance on the water.

Your equipment is rigid, responsive, and extremely stable.

Retro fitting

The entire range, from the fuselage, to the mast, to the front wing and the stab, has been revised to radically boost the performance of our foils, without being limited by our old connection shapes.

However, this choice to change all of our parts could not be considered without continuing to offer compatibility with our old ranges.

We therefore offer a wide choice of fuselages which gives you the freedom to mix all our masts, front wings and stabs, whatever their generation.

Carbon HM Mast Technology

High Module Carbon offers unparalleled rigidity, representing the pinnacle of performance in our most advanced wings and masts, which face the most demanding structural constraints.

Made entirely of High-Modulus carbon, this construction is all about performance. Its exceptional fiber properties enable us to design daring and technically sophisticated shapes.

The products have no flex, the fibers are oriented along multiple axes to lock in bending and torsion, ensuring maximum responsiveness.

Thanks to pre-impregnated fibers, we can guarantee optimal resin usage, providing perfect cohesion at the lightest possible weight.

Each layer of carbon is carefully hand-assembled around a high-density hydrophobic foam core, in a steel mold. A central stiffener is integrated to increase rigidity without compromising on lightness.

The mold is then subjected to high pressure and heated to 150°C to solidify the carbon. The foam core, seeking to expand under the heat, ensures even compression between the carbon layers, ensuring a strong and durable structure.

Durability and repairability are at the heart of our development philosophy. Our foils are tested and proven by dozens of team riders, hundreds of employees, and thousands of customers worldwide. Even in case of damage, our products can be repaired multiple times, ensuring exceptional longevity.
