FSP 2X is a full sandwich of biaxial fiberglass and PVC. This high-density, 3mm-thick material is strong, lightweight, and hydrophobic. It forms a rigid and solid integral shell over the EPS core of your board. Combined with biaxial fiber, it guarantees the best durability/performance compromise on the market. And with the manufacturing process that combines vacuum packaging, the final weight of your board is perfectly controlled.

- 3D shape on modeling software.
- CNC pre-shaped for total reliability.
- Shape control by traditional templates, finishing of the last mm 100% by hand.
- Epoxy resin and EPS foam block: strong and light.
- Deck: Full PVC/Fiberglass sandwich consisting of a high-density PVC foam core and 2 layers of 4oz fiberglass and 1 layer of 6oz biaxial fiberglass, fiberglass reinforcements in sensitive areas.
- Hull: integral PVC/Fiberglass sandwich composed of a high-density PVC foam core and 2 layers of 4oz fiberglass and 1 layer of 6oz biaxial fiberglass, fiberglass reinforcements in sensitive areas.
- Foil-specific reinforcements: high-density PVC block housing the two US rails and the handle. Four layers of carbon cover these boxes. Laminated PVC slats connect the reinforcement to the deck for greater durability.
- Carbon reinforcements on the strap inserts, under the heels and the tread area.
- Rails: the PVC sandwich structure completely covers the rails: increased structural strength, very good resistance to impacts (paddle, knee or harness impacts).
- GONG carrying handle integrated under the board in a PVC block: limits infiltration, prevents breakage in the surrounding area.
- Mass-tinted hot coat: noble process, weight saving and solid finish.
- Handcrafted matte custom finish for weight savings and improved glide.
