Kite Display technology

Our kites are crafted in one of the two largest kite factories in the world, adhering to the quality standards of the finest kites.

They are meticulously constructed. Panels are cut using CNC machines and fully assembled by the industry's top craftsmen.

The materials we use for our kites are among the most premium available. While we prioritize performance, we also value durability and therefore choose materials with proven track records:

  • Leading edge and battens made of DP175LL Dacron, extremely rigid and durable.
  • Anti-flap trailing edge belt in DP175LL Dacron.
  • Premium triple Ripstop fabric to prevent tear propagation.
  • Insigna reinforcements on the leading edge.
  • 1680D nylon tip savers against ground abrasion.
  • Bridles made of LIROS, ROBLINE, or COUSIN Dyneema.
  • 100% removable bridles for easy replacement of wear parts.
  • A4 stainless steel friction rings that neither jam nor wear out.
  • One Pump system for quick inflation and deflation (the clamps are not mounted on the kite; they are supplied in the repair kit included in your kite bag).
  • Micro battens made of fiberglass on the trailing edge of the tips: lightweight and effective against wear.

Technology Kite Ayto Aramid DP Team Series

Our kite wings are manufactured in one of the two largest kite factories in the world, meeting the quality standards of the finest kites.

They are meticulously crafted, with panels cut by CNC machines and fully assembled by skilled workers in the kite industry.

The materials we use are among the most premium available. While we prioritize performance, we also prioritize durability, selecting materials with proven track records:

  • Leading edge and struts made of very light, rigid and durable UPE Aramid.
  • Anti-flap trailing edge reinforcement made of Dacron DP175LL.
  • High-quality triple ripstop fabric to prevent tear propagation.
  • Insigna reinforcements on the leading edge.
  • Tips saver made of nylon 1680D to protect against wear from ground friction.
  • Thin bridles made of Dyneema LIROS, ROBLINE, or COUSIN.
  • 100% detachable bridles for easy replacement of wear parts.
  • Micro fiberglass slats on the trailing edge of the tips: light and effective against wear

Wood Flex technology

Our twintips are manufactured in the best factory in Europe, which has more than 20 years of experience in twintips but also in the manufacturing of skis and snowboards for the biggest brands. This versatility gives access to all possible materials in order to create exactly the board we want.

The Wood Flex with a French biosourced resin, biaxial fiberglass and a paulownia core aims to offer the perfect flex, super light weight and impeccable durability.

  • Biaxial fiberglass 0+90°: Fiberglass for strength and durability and biaxial for the best mechanical characteristics.
  • Greenpoxy 33 resin from Sicomin, composed of 35% biosourced carbon and without CMR component to respect the environment and workers.
  • A core of paulownia wood: the best core material currently available on high-end twintips.
  • ABS rails for durability and optimal impact resistance.
  • Reinforced stainless strap inserts in marine plywood, in the paulownia core, for maximum resistance: untearable.
  • 45mm TT Fins in 33% fiberglass loaded resin with M5x20mm screws. Very resistant to abrasion and easily sandable to repair small everyday damages.
  • Hyper-resistant bottom sheet.
  • Super neat matte finish. Sober and resistant to micro scratches.

Twintip Carbon Pro technology

Our twin tips are manufactured in the best factory in Europe, which has more than 20 years of experience in twin tips but also in the manufacturing of skis and snowboards for the biggest brands. This versatility gives access to all possible materials in order to create exactly the board we want.

No compromises have been made, all materials are high-end, the resin is 35% biosourced and the Paulownia Light core material is meticulously selected to use only the lightest parts.

  • Paulownia Light core: the lightest on the market.
  • High-end +-45° biaxial carbon.
  • Fiberglass for its impact resistance.
  • 35% biosourced SICOMIN GreenPoxy resin.
  • ABS rails for better durability.
  • Strap inserts reinforced with plywood to ensure flawless tear resistance.
  • ABS reinforced fin boxes for perfect integration into your board.
  • PA66 fins with 33% fiberglass: unbreakable and scratch resistant.
  • A glossy mirror finish to enhance your board.

FSP 2X Kitesurf Technology

The FSP 2X technology is easily repairable when new in case of a Ding. The PVC foam of the sandwich is waterproof and prevents water from entering on everyday shocks. The EPS foam blank does not deteriorate because it is really protected from water. And the repairs have a much larger support to stick on and blend seamlessly with the surrounding material.

This technology offers, at an affordable price, the incomparable strength/lightness ratio of full vacuum PVC Sandwich.

  • 3D Shape on modeling software.
  • Preshape by the numerical control for total reliability.
  • Shape control by traditional templates, finishing of the last mm 100% by hand.
  • 100% Epoxy Board and EPS Blank Foam: solid and lightweight.
  • Deck, hull and rails in PVC Vacuumed Sandwich: incomparable strength and incredible dynamism.
  • Deck: integral PVC/Fiberglass Sandwich composed of a high-density PVC foam core and 2 layers of 4oz fiberglass and 1 layer of 6oz Biaxial fiberglass, fiberglass reinforcements on sensitive areas.
  • Hull: integral PVC/Fiberglass Sandwich composed of a high-density PVC foam core and 2 layers of 4oz fiberglass and 1 layer of 6oz Biaxial fiberglass, fiberglass reinforcements on the sensitive areas.
  • Specific Foil reinforcements: high-density PVC block housing the two US Rail Boxes. Three layers of carbon cover the Boxes. Laminated PVC slats connect the reinforcement to the deck for maximum durability.
  • Rails: the PVC Sandwich structure completely covers the rails: increased structural strength, very good shock resistance.
  • Hot Coat integrated Tinted Resin: nobility of the process, weight reduction and solidity of the finish.
  • Matt custom finish, hand-made, for weight reduction and better glide.
