The First Allround has all the advantages: compact, quick to inflate, and easy to handle on any body of water. The pack includes all the accessories needed to get on the water!
GONG has developed this Stand Up Paddle board for children aged 5 to 13, so they can discover and enjoy SUP in the best conditions. The First 8’0, with its 74 cm wide, allows kids to paddle efficiently and straight, without any balance issues.
It is enjoyable for flatwater cruising thanks to its well-designed outline on the front third and excellent rigidity. Its slightly upturned and fine nose easily handles waves and chop.
But it’s in the waves where it truly shines: super playful, really fun, and surprisingly high-performing. Learning SUP surfing is easy, especially on calm days.
With its small size, it’s easy to place in the wave at takeoff, and its upturned nose is reassuring. Once you’re up, it shows its playful and lively character in the small conditions you often encounter.

What is the difference between our First range and I-SUP range ?
What quiver?
This board comes with an adjustable aluminum GONG paddle, or a special adjustable aluminium kid one with the 8’0. If you want to enhance performance, consider getting a MIX 30% paddle, which will significantly improve your comfort for outings lasting more than an hour. Lien vers pagaie
If you're into surfing, you can add a smaller First Allround or an ISUP SHORTSUP or LONGBOARD to your quiver.
What paddle length?
For a more relaxed surfing experience, a paddle +10 cm longer will be perfect.
For cruising, a paddle that is your height +15 to +20 cm is ideal.
Its length determines your paddling frequency and turning radius.
What leash?
The leash is provided in your pack. Check its condition before each session and replace it annually. It's your life jacket.
Good to know:
- Never leave your board in the sun, especially not an inflatable board which heats up quickly. You risk it coming apart as the materials become soft in the heat. Never store it under a car window or near a heat source.
- Never let your board be battered by waves, especially at the shore. You must protect it from major efforts. A wave that carries your board and rolls it can cause damage.
- Don't hold onto the leash indefinitely as it can break under very strong tension. Avoid large waves and don't resist. If it breaks, it's frustrating but easy to replace.
- Avoid oysters: they are one of the few shellfish that can cut your board and make it sink in seconds. Be very cautious.
- Don't let your inflatable board rub against something for a long time. For example, it can happen on a boat that your board moves with every wave and rubs for hours in the same spot. The material will degrade as if it were sanded. You'll have a hole that needs to be patched.
- Never put the board between the wave and yourself: risk of injury such as a broken nose.
- Don't paddle out to sea in onshore winds, and avoid windy outings as they are rarely pleasant and always dangerous. SUP is an activity that carries real risks, even in seemingly calm conditions. Always anticipate these risks and protect yourself.
Equipments
The First Allround comes with a US center fin. Knowing that the fin accounts for 50% of a board's performance, GONG had to offer a relevant solution. That's why our inflatable SUPs come with a US box for the center fin. It's the high-end standard for SUPs, offering a huge choice of fins to adapt to your level, your practice, and the conditions.
The paddle is included in the pack! It's adjustable and perfect for beginners.
The GONG leash, included in the pack, is essential for using the FIRST ALLROUND safely. It's a quality leash, with a comfortable ankle attachment, and it's sturdy.
The First Allround is equipped with a padded central handle and neoprene to carry the board under your arm.
The bungee cord at the front of the board is minimalist and super practical for securing a dry bag or holding the paddle. It's perfect for carrying safety equipment, water, and snacks.
The large diameter leash ring is the strongest on the market.
The Deck Pad is specially designed to be effective and comfortable. It provides flawless grip and allows for long sessions without fatigue or slipping. It's effective and enjoyable for both surfing and cruising.
The provided dual-action rapid inflation pump is super effective so you can be the first one in the water.
A repair kit is also included in case of damage (note that the kit does not include glue, which you can easily find at your hardware store: flexible PVC glue). Please note that we have in stock the components of your board to repair it almost as good as new quite easily.
Everything is delivered in a well-thought-out, sturdy transport bag, made of beautiful materials.
