A Solution that is 100% compatible with the GONG SUPs. It has been Tested, for 2 years now, and used by us for Repairs on our Inflatable SUPs. ZERO FLATS is a liquid charged with micro-beads and Latex that maintain a Liquid form when injected into the inside of the Board. Once this mix finds/or comes in contact with the area that has air leakage it automatically is pulled and attracted to the area, due to the Air Pressure in the Board, and it coagulates inside and creates a Plug that remains permanent. As a preventive measure, until this Plug is not created, the product remains active inside the Board. It will also remain on Stand-by for several months.
- It prevents and avoids Flats, allows you to go cruising or on adventure worry free : if there is a leak that occurs it reacts immediately.
- If there is an existing leak it acts as a Repair method by mending the leak from the interior of the Board : making it much more practical, not to mention esthetic, than a Repair made from the exterior.
Easy to Use : All it takes is the removal/unscrewing of the Inflation Valve on your Inflatable Board with the Key that was provided in the Repair Kit at the time of purchase, and take the bottle, after shaking it vigorously, carefully pour it inside the Board. Re-Screw the Valve into its original place, Inflate the Board (at an elevated pressure of 20 PSI which will help the Product get forced into place), and help to circulate the Product by moving the Board with the intention of getting the Product to run down towards the area that you have discovered the leak. Moving the Board around will help the product to find the affected area and mend the leak. Leave the Board in place, for example if the Leak was found along the Rail then leave the Board on that side of the Rail against the wall, or if at the Tip or Tail, leave the Board standing up so the Product reacts correctly.
