In France:

Total reopening of expeditions.

We deliver all parcels under 3m.

Protective measures have been put in place to avoid direct contact.

Making an appointment is no longer possible everywhere but we contact each customer to check that you will be at the delivery place and that you will be able to respect the protection measures. This takes us a lot of time but we prefer everything to be correct.

The shop in La Baule has been open since May 11th.

It goes without saying that the protocols are very different from the usual life of our shop before Covid. But we are very happy to welcome you and with full respect of the sanitary rules that are now in place.

Abroad:

Total reopening of expeditions.

To date, International Transport has resumed with slightly slower delays, but everything is working again.

On recommendation of the carriers, we deliver all parcels under 3m in all European countries and to your forwarding agents for the DOM TOM (French Overseas Departments and Territories).

We follow the same procedure: we contact each customer in these countries in the order of orders to ask them if they want their deliveries quickly or later.

You will understand that the carriers’ delivery times vary. We do not put pressure on them concerning this subject. The important thing is that you are delivered without damage.

For everyone:

The dynamic is quite incredible, since we broke our absolute record for weekly turnover last week.

We ship almost 1500 products to you in a week, with the flagship products being Foils, Wings and Boards, including many Inflatables.

First of all a huge thank you to all of you. To our customers, especially the Germans and Swiss who have tripled their orders in the last few weeks. Then to the team who do a great job. We have hired 5 people to continue this growth.

So don’t be surprised if there is a slight delay on flagship products (a few weeks). No one could have imagined such a request! We take it very seriously by delivering to you in the shortest possible time and by increasing our stocks, whatever the cost to us.

We understand that riding is your priority. It’s obvious, so we do everything we can to make sure we don’t disappoint anyone and have even more stock available. We’ve boosted production with, for example, the purchase of additional moulds to produce even more Wings per day and we’ve also doubled the production of the SuperPower Wings.

On-line stocks are actually available on the announced dates, most of them immediately. Some pre-sale stocks are in transit or at the end of production in our factories. There are no breaks in our supply chain, quite the contrary.

The price of some raw materials has tripled, transport costs are much more expensive, and the Euro is at half mast. But we are keeping our prices low.

Since 2011 we have digitized our design chain. The Covid crisis has further accelerated this process of 3D creation and simulation with the hiring of talented employees and the purchase of state-of-the-art software. We have resumed our sea testing to launch production in 2021, which will come out at the same pace as in previous years; because we want to share our recent innovations as soon as possible. It’s so exciting!!
