COMPACT OUTLINE
This new, ultra-rounded and compact shape is designed to deliver maximum agility in flight.
Yet, thanks to its well-balanced volume and width, it also ensures excellent stability when at rest and during landings.
ROCKER
The fairly flat rocker is ideal for enhancing the takeoff phase. It features a slight front curve to ensure smooth glide on landings.
RIGID TAIL RAIL
To enhance the takeoff, our designers created a rigid rail at the board's tail, drawing direct inspiration from the sharp edge at the tail of rigid wing boards. It ensures a smooth release of the water flow at the back of the hull, leading to improved glide before flying, which enhances acceleration. You pump less and fly sooner.
ROUND TAIL
A round tail for maximum maneuverability, even more glide, minimal drag in turns, and explosive repop.
RAILS
The round rails and thick tail of the HIPE Stunt enhance glide before takeoff. It delivers sharp relaunches and instant speed when it's time to take off again—matching the performance of a rigid board. The rigid tail rail plays a key role, making the experience surprisingly efficient.

For whom?
The HIPE Stunt is not a beginner or progression board. This is the board for those who have been riding for a while and who have unlocked the basic moves.
This is clearly the board to maximize the potential of wing foiling in Surf-Freestyle.
Good physical condition is a real asset.
For what?
The HIPE Stunt is a pure Surf-Freestyle board, with optimum take-off and record repop. Designed to throw the biggest tricks, it has no limits. It’s a real ping pong ball!
Ideal for tricks, it really delivers when surfing, especially in on or side-on conditions with slightly messy waves. If you like going for tricks and airs while surfing, this is a gem of a board!
Which size?
The HIPE Stunt is the perfect board for Surf-Freestyle. Intended for experienced users, you can adapt it to your needs by choosing the right volume for you:
Comfort
You should take a volume that’s sufficient to float without difficulty, about your weight + 20 or more = volume of the board.
- Example: I weigh 75kg + 20 = 95L to float easily. Which means that with 95L and above I will be very comfortable, provided I have a good level in wing foiling.
Sport
You can also go for a lower volume to gain responsiveness. You need a very good level and should want maximum responsiveness to go to negative volumes (in other words: weight > volume).
Up to your weight – 15 = volume you can still start on your knees by leaning on the wing that sits on the water.
- Example 1: I weigh 75kg = 75L to keep it simple with a close to negative volume. Which means that with 70L my board will sink slightly when at a standstill and I should be precise and sporty each time I start.
In competition, our Team uses between 10L and 15L less than their weight on their rigid boards. To date, this is the compromise that offers them the most performance because it boosts responsiveness and secures receptions. This rule also applies to inflatables.
- Example 2: I weigh 75kg and I take 65L to sub-liter without switching to the pure sinker. Which means that with 65L my board will partially sink when at a standstill and I will have to be very precise and sporty each time I start.
Which quiver mates?
The HIPE Stunt is the ultimate inflatable surf/freestyle board, and it’s sure to take center stage in your quiver. For lighter wind conditions, the HIPE Diamond or the Cruzader will be perfect companions, delivering the same high-level performance.
Of course, you should complement it with a selection of SUPs, with or without a foil, and surfboards for the days when the waves are pumping—so you can make the most of every session.
Which shape?
The concept of each board of the range can be summed up very simply:
HIPE FIRST: The perfect inflatable foil board for starting out and progressing strapless.
HIPE LEARN: The inflatable board for learning—stable on the water, ideal for first flights, and SUP foil compatible.
HIPE PERF: the inflatable board with 95% of the performance of rigid boards in an easy and scalable shape.
HIPE FREEFLY: the best strapless inflatable foil board.
HIPE STUNT: the inflatable board for surfing/freestyle scoring.
HIPE LETHAL: the must-have inflatable board for wave riding.
HIPE DIAMOND: mid-length with the glide of a downwinder and the handling of a compact board.
HIPE CRUZADER: the inflatable “downwinder” for the highest performance in light wind winging and obviously in DW.
ZUMA: the easy rigid board for SUP foiling and wing foiling, and with good performance.
LANCE: the compact Zuma, with great lateral stability, ideal for beginnings in wing foiling.
CRUZADER POINT: fantastic in SUP downwinders, pumping on the flat, but also in light wind conditions for wing foiling, freefly, surfing, etc…
CRUZADER DIAMOND: compact and easy to paddle shape for downwind SUPing. In wing foiling it’s ideal for light wind conditions, surfing and downwinders.
FLINT: high performance in SUP foiling, really cool for wing foiling because it is simple, stable and efficient. All in one.
MINT: absolute efficiency and ease thanks to its glide. A first-class wing board for take offs in a versatile shape geared towards surfing and freeride.

For experienced riders:
In the Team Series V3, here are our suggestions in line with the HIPE Lethal program:
Curve H: Designed for carving, with a moderate + ratio and excellent control in all conditions. Ideal for freeride and waves, offering forgiveness and comfort.
Fluid H: A radical surf foil with great glide and high responsiveness, perfect for committed surfing. Excellent top speed in surf and the ability to throw sharp snaps and slashes.
For pros:
The Pro Team Series V3 features cutting-edge, high-speed wings designed for peak performance. The Ypra wings are the exact models ridden by our Pro Team on the World Cup circuit.
At this level, each rider will fine-tune their gear to their specific needs. Wingspan is a crucial factor when riding high-aspect foils. While the glide is outstanding, going too big can compromise maneuverability and rail-to-rail sharpness—especially if you’re aiming for an ultra-dynamic ride. That’s exactly why even top pros don’t always go for High Aspect foils!
Front wing size, especially its surface and volume, directly affects the balance between speed and lift. A smaller wing means higher speed but reduced low-speed stability. A larger wing provides earlier takeoff but limits maneuverability and maximum velocity.
General information on the choice of stab sizes:
The preferred size will depend on your foiling discipline, your level, your weight, the conditions of your spot but also your front wing.
A larger stab will make take-off easier because the foil will generate a significant torque which will tend to give it a significant angle of attack. This also implies more front foot pressure.
A smaller stab will be more technical on takeoff but will boost speed and maneuverability. We also lose some front foot pressure, which means having to move the foil forward in the boxes to regain this stability.
Always adjust the size of the stab to the size of the front wing to obtain a balanced flight and functioning harmony between these two components.

Which foil mast?
During your first sessions, you can reassure yourself with a short mast (65cm). Falls on the first flights will be less impressive. But apart from when launching, you will have everything to gain with a long mast (85cm and more).
More length = more headroom = easier = more efficient.
In choppy water, in transitions, in sluggish waters, a large mast will be ten times more pleasant. It will save you from touchdowns and give you the necessary height margin in all your actions.
In pure Race, of course, the must-have is the 107 cm HM mast. Absolutely magical. But the 95 cm aluminum or 92 cm HM are also fantastic.
For Freerace, a long mast is essential. It’s not more difficult and will make fast tacks easier.
In Freeride, we often seek simplicity and versatility. The 85 cm is a great choice. The 92 cm is for those who want more flexibility.
In Freestyle, we recommend 85 cm to maintain a dynamic and controllable rail-to-rail.
In Surf, we prioritize radicality and control, so the 85 cm is ideal. But in solid waves, the 92 cm will give you more room to apply huge angles without dramatically stalling at the bottom, for example.
Lastly, remember that a 1.5° rake shim under an 85 cm mast will give you the same nose-up margin as a 92 cm. It’s the ultimate hack.
To sum up, for waves, freestyle, and even for beginners and progression, an 85 cm mast (V2 or HM depending on your budget) is perfect. Easy to get into the water, simple for rail-to-rail transitions, it’s perfect.
A 92 cm mast or larger will be aimed at racing, providing more stability at high speeds in choppy conditions, but with less maneuverability.
Positioning of the foil?
For GONG foils, place the top plate in the center of the US rails to start and move it forward a few centimeters when you get into transitions (a sign of good progress).
The more you move it forward, the more the board will pitch nose-up. The more you move it backwards, the more the board nose-dives.
Be careful not to move it too far forward. We often tend not to let their back foot work, especially when we come from kite foiling. However, moving the foil back a little, forces more weight on the back foot and gives a more harmonious attitude and reduces effort.
Which accessories?
Safety is crucial in all board sports, and even more so with foiling.
Wing leash is a not an option. Without it, your wing can drift dozens of meters away in seconds, stopping only when it crashes into something—usually with damage.
A board leash is crucial, particularly when starting out. It keeps your board nearby, giving you a safety float and preventing it from hitting others. Opt for a 6’ leash with at least a 7mm diameter. Inspect it before each session and replace it yearly—it’s your lifeline.
For optimal safety, a helmet and an impact vest are absolute must-haves.
To enhance safety, we’ve created the Bodyguard textile range, designed to reduce the risk of foil cuts. While the danger is always there, it’s even more significant during the learning phase. We strongly advise taking every precaution possible.
Strapped ord strapless? 2 or 3 straps?
In wing foil, riding strapless feels cool and gives you total freedom. But honestly, performance takes a serious hit…
So it’s up to you to decide if sensation takes priority over performance. On a HIPE Stunt, you’ll clearly miss out on a big part of its potential without straps. No question here: it’s straps or nothing.
Front straps give you way more control and significantly reduce the risk of the foil flipping beneath you.
In the waves, it’s obvious—you gain so much with straps, including the back strap. You can save crazy situations just by pulling on your feet. And when it comes to tricks: the range of moves expands drastically with straps. Every jump is possible, and the inflatable’s cushioning is great for the knees ;-)
Good to know:
Never leave your board in the sun—especially an inflatable board, and even more so a black carbon plate, which heats up quickly. Excessive heat can cause delamination!
Be careful when screwing into the foil box. If you go too deep, you’ll pierce the inflatable shell. We supply closed US box inserts, but caution is key.
Never let your foil board get caught in breaking waves, especially near shore. A wave rolling your board can cause significant damage.
Equipments
SCS System
The composite plate is equipped with Smart Connection System (SCS) double entry boxes to easily install and adjust the foil. The double holes correspond to the stance of the holes in your GONG foil plate. Simply present the foil with the brass nuts already mounted on the plate, slide them into the rails without disassembling, tighten the 4 screws, and you're ready to go.
To facilitate foil assembly, our new US fixing brass nuts are connected by a carbon fiber rod and are included with the board. This saves time for foil assembly, and the adjustment is precise. No more risk of losing your brass nuts: you leave them screwed on the plate and slide them into the US rails using the 4 new insertion holes. There's nothing to disassemble: just tighten the screws and go!
Foil adjustment is also easier and more precise with the adjustment information engraved on the plate.
Carrying handle
The handle in the carbon plate, placed on the hull, is a real comfort enhancement for launching and carrying over short distances. And it has no impact on the rigidity and strength of our plate, which are flawless.
Full deck pad
The premium full-length 5mm pad delivers maximum grip and comfort while riding.
With its Ridge Traction grooving, borrowed from our hard boards, it delivers superior comfort, unmatched non-slip performance for maximum stability and offers firm support with the best grip and comfort during navigation.
Unlike the dropstitch surface of the board, the pad provides instant feedback—you’ll immediately feel whether your foot is correctly positioned.
Transport bag with compartments
The HIPE Lethal comes in a super practical and durable wheeled travel bag.
Generously sized, it holds your HIPE, foil, and wing while staying within baggage limits on most airlines.
The backpack straps are thickly padded for extra comfort, while the reinforced handles are both sturdy and pleasant to grip.
Integrated compartments on the inside front panel allow for secure and organized storage of your foil parts and hardware. Plus, compression straps minimize the bag’s volume for easy transport.
Pump, hardware and repair kit
The fast double-action pump included is highly efficient, so you’ll be the first one on the water.
The board comes with all necessary screws for the straps and foil top plate.
A repair kit is also included in case of damage (please note that the kit does not include glue, but you can easily find PVC glue at your local hardware store). We also keep spare components in stock, so you can easily restore your board to like-new condition. Everything on an inflatable board is repairable!

Delivery
Delivery delay
We indicate a preparation and shipping time of 3 working days. In reality, the majority of orders are shipped within 24/48 hours.
The delivery time, i.e. delivery time of the package to your home, then depends on the delivery location and the carrier.
We work with reliable and efficient carriers. 99% of shipments go perfectly and quickly. In the case of the remaining 1%, rest assured that we will do what is necessary with the carrier.
Shipping fees
Unlike other sites, shipping costs are not hidden behind the price of our products. You know exactly what shipping costs you, and you are not disadvantaged if you choose to collect your order at our GONG Space Center.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and volume of each package, and your delivery address.
Tracking your package
Delivery tracking is managed directly by the carriers to whom we have entrusted your packages. They will contact you by email or SMS to allow you to choose delivery methods and follow the route of your package.
Carriers
We work with the best transport societies to deliver to you throughout Europe and the world within very short deadlines. We chose them for their quality of service and their compliance with deadlines.
For mainland France, 80% of your orders arrive at their destination in less than 48 hours of processing.
For Europe, delivery times vary from 3 to 6 working days, depending on the country of destination.
For the rest of the world, delivery times depend on transit time and customs clearance time. This delay depends on customs and can last from a few days to a few weeks depending on the destination and seasonality.
Please note, transport time is added to preparation/shipping time. Two companies collaborate on your order (GONG and the carrier). Each one masters its activity and is committed to optimizing its deadlines so that you are delivered as quickly as possible and at a reasonable price.
