Wing Foil Board Cruzader Squash FSP Pro

Program
Allround performance and magical glide for an almost compact board with surfer DNA.
Presentation
The Cruzader Squash offers the ultimate marriage of compactness and glide in a shape derived from Sner templates, a very surf-oriented board.
It carries the surf/downwinder DNA of the Cruzader line, condensed with bolder and more modern shaping principles.
The “aircraft carrier” outline optimizes the offset for greater comfort and versatility. There’s clearly more space for the back foot to handle carves and extra-large foils. Thanks to the wingers, the hull remains super narrow with very round rails, preserving all the magical glide of this board.
Its wide deck plan is reassuring. Particularly comfortable on the knees and in choppy waters, it is generous in surface area. This recessed deck in the pad zone makes for a thinner board: the foil is piloted more directly.
This mid-length, nearly compact board offers incredible glide that goes far beyond light wind only. It excels in both surf/freefly and freeride. Its pumping efficiency allows for very early take-off, with smooth glide that lets you reduce foil surface for even more sensations. No need for an oversized foil or wing to guarantee take-off or avoid pumping: the Squash glides.
In pure surfing, the fine nose and centered longitudinal stance allow an engaged carving style in all wave sizes. Its volume remains controlled, and its rail-to-rail precision is impressive.
Although its outline is inspired by the SUP downwind world, the Cruzader Squash is an original and decidedly modern board designed for wing and low-kite.
The Cruzader Squash is undoubtedly the most “all in one” board for those who want to carve long offshore swells without limits—relaxed or at full speed. Once flying, its “no nose” surprises: nothing in front of the feet, ultra responsive.
It’s ideal for riders who want a high-performance yet forgiving board in choppy conditions, or simply a more accessible option than the Point, while retaining the Cruzader line’s responsiveness and fluidity.
Available in 4 sizes, from 5’1 to 5’7, with volumes ranging from 65 to 95L. An intermediate 75kg rider will be perfect on the 5’3 75L. An expert at the same weight could choose the 5’1 65L.
For those who ride “no volume” boards, the Cruzader Point is sure to be a perfect second board to enjoy ultra-light conditions with minimal clutter and uncompromising rail-to-rail.
It offers dozens of strap positioning options, centered or offset, adjustable for either surf or symmetrical freeride, plus a perfect strapless pad. This board, closer to compact shapes than downwind ones, comes with non-extended boxes to save weight.
As well as being stunning, the Cruzader Squash is light and extremely stiff thanks to its hyper-solid, durable FSP Pro construction.

Outline
With a relatively compact mid-length outline, a point nose and wingers at the back foot, this is a very original board with amazing glide for its size and great comfort.
In surfing, it’s flawless. Responsive foot pressure allows constant control.
The Cruzader Squash is simply a high-sensation board with magical glide and minimal clutter in front of your feet.
Flat Rocker
Thanks to its flat rocker, the Cruzader Squash’s glide is a true advantage in all conditions. Little sail power is needed, and small foils can be used effortlessly.
To further optimize light-wind take-off and comfort in stronger conditions, the slight kicktail frees the hull and reduces touchdowns in hollow waves.
Hull
The Cruzader Squash’s hull is all about glide, with a small flat area around the boxes and a very tapered front half. Water flow is optimal, maximizing glide for ultra-easy, fast take-off even with a small foil. You can reduce your front wing by 200cm² and still achieve the same take-off.
Tail
Its squash tail is magical for glide and lift, with enhanced stability. Combined with its slight kicktail, volume is minimized, and comfort during potential touchdowns is optimal.
Rails
Inset rails and sharp edges at the tail give the Squash more glide, like a windsurf board. The sharp edge provides planing-type glide and release, facilitating take-off and especially re-takeoff when touching water. No water suction, clean release. In the middle, rails are very rounded. At the nose, they’re even softer over the front third for maximum surf comfort and better pre-flight glide. You can ride on the water, in contact, without abrupt braking—perfect in the surf.
Nose
Point nose for maximum reactivity and added safety in turns, reinforced by the nose bulb, which aids take-off and repop.

Buying guide
For whom?
The Cruzader Squash is designed for riders from intermediate to experienced levels, all the way up to highly advanced riders in low-wind kite conditions.
It offers the best combination of easy takeoff and stylish surf in a board that’s not too long, with centered accessories.
Thanks to its squash tail, it provides good stability when stationary, making it more accessible while still suited for the same program as the Cruzader Point.
What for?
Its program is wide-ranging:
- light wind
- surf, surf, surf
- freefly
- strapless
- freeride, because cruising and full tilt speed runs are still the basics
This board is capable of taking off early without requiring big effort. It’s stable, so it consumes little of your energy.
It’s also capable of excellent performance, even in stronger conditions — in surf, of course, but also in relaxed freestyle such as 360s, palau, etc.
What board size?
Which foil?
The Cruzader Squash will be perfect with all the high-ratio ranges such as the Veloce and the Fluid. The Curve will be good for its reassuring / relaxed feel. And a Sirus L will allow you to take off super easily while still staying playful.
Curve H: the carving + lift combo.
The queen of carving and low-end range (which doesn’t mean it can’t rev up!). Also the most comfortable for pumping, letting you link connections without burning your legs.
Fluid H: the carving + speed combo.
Perfect for super-tight turns, high speed, smooth glide, and highly reactive riding. Add a powerful pop, and it’s a foil that goes absolutely anywhere—on the water and in the air!
Veloce H: the glide + speed + carving combo.
A true freeride and wide-surf machine, ideal for freefly and downwinders. It glides endlessly, connecting bumps with unmatched smoothness. It accelerates strongly on waves yet has a low stall speed, making flight easy in any conditions.
Veloce HDW: 100% glide with its 13+ aspect ratio.
Focused purely on infinite glide, the Veloce HDW is the queen of downwind and fast pumping, but also light wind, with endless acceleration and superb upwind ability.
Sirus: the king of light wind.
Extreme lift while maintaining glide to create apparent wind—this is the magic recipe of the Sirus, letting you ride for hours while others are stuck on the beach, even in small waves.
Ypra Surf: the fast surf foil.
Delivers maximum control during intense surf phases: high speed, steep drops, steep faces, aggressive turns. Its lower volume also prevents harsh repops that could throw you off. Everything stays under control.
Ypra Surf Freestyle: the ultimate mix of jumps and aggressive surf.
This foil is a ball of energy that lets you take off instantly, pop on instinct, and repop almost even higher ;-) In surf it’s explosive, making it especially well-suited for weaker conditions.
Which stabilizer?
We recommend pairing a Veloce H V3 stab with your Veloce H V3 front wing.
The ideal size depends on your board, level, weight, spot conditions, and front wing. We’ve calculated all stab/front wing pairings so that, for example, M always works best with M across all models.
That said, you can play with sizing:
- L for FW M: more front foot pressure, firmer support, calmer behavior, lower speed. Reassuring but less performant.
- S for FW M: less stability, more liveliness, faster acceleration, more radical. Very performant but more unstable.
Note: instability is also a quality—for pop, and to some extent for surfing. The upside of instability is responsiveness. It’s up to you to decide if that’s what you’re after.
Which bag?

- 1 x wide Luxe double front V-strap and 1 x wide Luxe rear strap (screws included).
