The Supra Trail is the moment where everything changes. We go from "efficient" pumping to pumping that really lasts.

From the very first restarts, you can feel that it glides further. It maintains speed, absorbs losses, and allows you to link cycles with much more fluidity than a classic tail wing.

Its balance is unique with enough lift at the core to remain forgiving, and enough lift-to-drag ratio to unleash a true glide, while maintaining stability and a low range that allow it to last over time without error.

With its 15.3 aspect ratio, the Supra Trail naturally lengthens trajectories. The foil accelerates smoothly, but more importantly, it slows down much less. The glide is extended with each pump. The result: less energy is necessary to keep foiling, allowing you to focus on your rhythm.

This is precisely what opens the door to endurance pumping. It doesn't put you in difficulty; it guides you towards high performance.

With a carbon shaft mounting system compatible with market standards, you can build a custom configuration by adjusting the rear fuselage length and adjusting the tail wing angle using interchangeable shims.

A vast range of rear wings, featuring GONG’s one-piece stabs with integrated wings and a variety of new templates we’ll release in the future, giving you precise control over your foil’s performance.

Outline

This tail wing was designed for foilers seeking endurance while pumping.

The outline adopts the extreme lines of the Ultra, maximizing glide and speed. Meanwhile, its aspect ratio of "only" 15.3, combined with a short chord throughout the wing, reduces drag over long distances and allows for strong acceleration.

THIN PROFILE

The goal of the range is simple: Maximize glide.

On this tail wing, this is achieved through the shape of the outline. But to make it more "accessible", the profile has been designed to be more forgiving without sacrificing efficiency.

It allows for excellent performance and good speed, while also being forgiving of certain mistakes.

LOW DIHEDRAL

The dihedral angles in this range all share the same DNA: a very shallow dihedral angle. This configuration prioritizes directional stability and maximum pumping efficiency. This configuration limits lateral oscillations and optimizes energy transfer with each pumping motion, making your pumping more direct and efficient.

It provides enhanced straight-line stability, allowing precise trajectory control and improved overall foil performance over long distances.

UNIVERSAL FIT

Total freedom: These tail wings work with any fuselage that uses a two-screw system, including the GONG Carbon Tail, other brands, and even custom setups.

A Hydrodynamic Connection

Achieving modularity while maintaining the glide of a one-piece stabilizer is the impressive feat of this assembly. The adjustment shim is at the heart of this double objective. It allows you to adjust the attack angle of your stabilizer while also securely mounting your Tail Wing to your Carbon Tail with precision, ensuring a perfectly hydrodynamic connection.

Whether you use a +1°, 0°, -1°, -2°, or -3° shim, with or without an intermediate -0.5° shim, you will always maintain a smooth and seamless connection. This allows for total customization, with impeccable glide and hydrodynamics.
