GEAR: A RANGE OF HIGH ASPECT FOILS THAT CELEBRATES 10 YEARS OF R&D
In May 2014, we launched our range of Allvator foils. Since then, we have continued to innovate to move the...
A versatile stabilizer for riders seeking the perfect balance between lift and maneuverability. Ideal for freeride, carving, and aggressive moves, it provides smooth takeoffs and precise control in all conditions.
The Curve H stab is the stab that will immediately boost your foiling level.
Thanks to its important lift even at low speed, its ultra maneuverable dimension and its powerful pop, performances are boosted.
Simplicity is the secret of its behavior. Its very harmonious shape maximizes rail-to-tail which is very smooth and natural. It never needs to be pushed or to be forced.
The relatively short front to rear span of this stab allows you to reduce turning radii, and to increase pop. You can turn short, jump high and take off easily with this lifty stab.
Its profile provides excellent control in high speed carves. A relatively generous stab that matches a surf/freeride pace of actions. Each mistake can be easily forgiven thanks to the control it offers, even in the disturbance of whitewater.
Its low camber maximizes its efficiency, but maintains nervousness and a potential for snappy turns when surfing.
In pumping, its generous surface allows you to keep flying and pick up speed very easily, even after touchdowns or important speed losses. It’s also easy to regain speed with this forgiving and controllable stab with a relatively short fuselage, which makes for a rather loose feel.
The Curve H stab has an aspect ratio of 8.3, offering high performance without compromising accessibility or maneuverability.

The Curve stab’s elliptical outline centers its lift and refines the tips to unlock the rail-to-rail of the foil while retaining lift.
The Curve H stab profile provides plenty of glide, and has been optimized to work at all flight speeds.
The stab has a large surface area to provide lift and stability as soon as you start to pick up speed. This results in an ultra easy and intuitive pumping.
The Curve H stab has a moderate dihedral that slightly locks the foil in yaw. It thus offers great confidence and grip in carves and at high speed.

The Curve H stab fuselage is short, to make it playful and maneuverable.
Its surfaces, more generous than on the stab of other ranges, also ensure that lift and pumping are not hindered, despite a lower leverage on the entire lower.

Buying guide
This is the stab for riders looking for a stab that delivers a tight turning radius, but also good lift and comfortable pumping, right from the lowest speeds.
It is very versatile, but will show its best potential when wave riding on small to medium waves.
Thanks to its comfortable lift, its low stall speed and its tight turning radius, this is the type of conditions in which it truly excels.
It works also very well in freeride because it facilitates maneuvers, and in freestyle because its reduced front to rear span combined with its generous lift boost pop.
General information on the choice of stab sizes:
The preferred size will depend on your foiling discipline, your level, your weight, the conditions of your spot but also your front wing.
A larger stab will make take-off easier because the foil will generate a significant torque which will tend to give it a significant angle of attack. This also implies more front foot pressure.
A smaller stab will be more technical on takeoff but will boost speed and maneuverability. We also lose some front foot pressure, which means having to move the foil forward in the boxes to regain this stability.
Always adjust the size of the stab to the size of the front wing to obtain a balanced flight and functioning harmony between these two components.
If in doubt about which size to choose, contact our customer service.
