MOVIE : 40 knots on a SUP !!!

Patrice Guénolé tried something more stupid than ever: going super fast white his regular SUP gear. After many attempts, he was able to go over 40 knots on the sea. He says: “The boat was at his max. Trust me, 2 x 150 HP full power is really impressive for your ears and legs. Each knot over 35 knots was a challenge!!! I wanted to try this with my regular SUP gear: 10’2 Gravity quad 4 x 90 mm and my 200 cm paddle. I definitely wanted to have this feeling with my favourite board. Going over 40 knots on a big board like this was amazing. I was totally scared. It was really hard to stay outside the wake. In the wake, it was a suicide because the board was sucked. Now I am sure that experience will give me tons of information and feeling to design new SUPguns and charge big waves.
