To date, we have had no damage, no mistake, no problem. Carriers are really serious. Obviously the delays are longer, but all the packages sent arrive at their destination. It is important to clarify this because when I try to order stuff on the web, I often have great promises and a huge deception once payment is done. A large number of websites tell you that they deliver, when in reality it is anarchy and bullshit. At GONG we always care about our customers, and here is the current method: 1 / We inform you before payment that shipments outside France are on standby. Foreigners can order to reserve their equipment which will be sent as soon as international transport is reopened. 2 / We take your orders with great pleasure and prepare them to deliver to you as quickly as possible. All the stock on line is actually available on the dates indicated. 3 / We contact you one by one to ask if you want to be delivered now or after lockdown (for France). 4 / We follow each shipment to ensure good delivery and to help the carriers. 5 / At the slightest concern, on your request we reimburse, we cancel, and we remain good friends. This week, GONG is running at 50% of last year, and it’s great! This means that many of you desire freedom, positive emotions and nature.
