FACTORY : 4'0 LETHAL MADE IN LA FRANCE !!!

Lamination in progress of this SurFoil Board in our Breton workshop. A 4’0 Lethal Foil in Full PVC Carbon C-Weave Sandwich. A top-of-the-range Carbon with a Honeycomb weave bringing an original design and excellent structural qualities: super dynamic and super strong. After shaping and vacuum application of the PVC over the whole Board, this step brings us half way to the finish. This lamination will also be vacuum-packed because this Carbon, with its really superior qualities, has two defects: it is very expensive and absorbs a lot of resin. So no question of making a mistake by sanding it, or of letting it drink dozens of grams of epoxy resin too much. The vacuum with a system of drains will absorb any possibility of resin overload, which can be removed with the peeling cloth.
