“Hello, Update of 04/20/20 : Be Bears!!! In France : Full resumption of shipments: Two possibilities:

1/ You want immediate delivery:
Protective measures have been put in place to avoid direct contact.
Making an appointment is no longer possible, but we contact each customer to check that you will be at the place of delivery and that you will be able to respect the protection measures.

2/ You prefer to be delivered after the clearance:
No worries, the orders you have entrusted to us are warm, well packed and ready to leave at the total reopening or on your request.

You can choose the option “Pick up at GONG” to retrieve your order when the containment measures will be lifted in France.

The shop at La Baule remains closed to the public.

Abroad: Resumption of Northern Europe shipments:

On the recommendation of the carriers, we deliver all parcels under 3m in the following countries:
– Germany
– Switzerland
– Netherlands
– Austria
– Belgium.

We follow the same procedure: we contact each customer in these countries in the order of orders to ask them if they want their deliveries sooner or later.
You will understand that the carriers’ delivery times vary. We do not put pressure on them in this respect. The important thing is that you are delivered without damage.

To date, international transport to other countries has stopped (including Italy, Spain, Portugal). We are no longer able to guarantee you the delivery times announced. The dispatch of your orders is therefore suspended until further notice, but prepared and stored for you in our secure warehouse. Photo proof on request. We are there for you.

Our site remains open: we process and prepare your orders every day!

If you want to be the first in the water at the end of containment, now is the time to order to be the first delivered! ?

Our supplies are maintained, and stocks advertised as presale are in transit or at the end of production in our plants. There are no breaks in our supply chain.

Faced with this unprecedented situation, we are as always transparent with you on a daily basis and we will inform you in real time of any new changes to come.

Orders are very numerous, which shows your desire to get back in the water. It’s a real pleasure. Thank you. We thought we were having to cancel manufacturing a few weeks ago, but there is more likely to be a shortage on some sports. We apparently did the right thing by remaining calm. So we’re keeping our production at the highest level so that we can continue to offer you stock that’s immediately available. But, clearly, there’s going to be a battle on the wing. Many thanks again for your energy, your nice messages, this is really what we need to inspire you in return. Be Bears.
