The Ypra Surf-Freestyle is a short-fuselage stabilizer designed to boost your foil’s pop and responsiveness. It strikes a subtle balance between radical performance and control, the kind of stabilizer that builds confidence when you want to send it.
It’s naturally found on the foils of our team riders, both in wing foiling in the waves and in surf foiling, where it allows for the most radical intentions. It frees up your foil in carves while delivering clean, explosive pop on takeoffs and jumps. We love it for this surf-freestyle versatility in wing foiling, opening the door wide to high-intensity sensations.
Offering this flagship model in XS size means delivering a foil with more glide, perfectly matched to the smaller front wings of the V3 range.

The Ypra Surf-Freestyle stabilizer is now available in M, S, and XS sizes, with surface areas of 175, 147, and 130 cm² respectively.
It features a short shaft length without being extreme, measuring 27.5 cm overall (for comparison: 25 cm on a Ypa Freestyle stabilizer and 33 cm on a Fluid stabilizer).
