“After several sessions with my new 2026 Droid Aramid X wings in 3.5 and 4.5 m, here’s a quick review:
The wing is powerful with great stiffness. The canopy is very tight and provides excellent lift for jumps, you can clearly feel the gap compared to the 2025 version.
The wing remains very maneuverable; movements feel easier, especially during frontside and backside tacks where it almost pivots on its own.
In surf, it’s stable and works really well.
