Feedback from Théo who crossed paths with one of our GONG ambassadors to test the new Plus 2023, the wing dedicated to progression.

“Last weekend, I had the opportunity to do a little test of the new Plus 2023. I am extremely delighted about this session with this new wing that Yohann, GONG ambassador, was friendly enough to lend me.

The fact that we now only have two handles allowed me to get my bearings quickly. The new shape of the central strut gives a direct feel for the wing which improves its reactivity. I found that the various maneuvers went really well, the Wing held up well in gusts and held up very well when I decided to accelerate. Pumping starts were very effective.

When free flying, it behaves well.

I’m not used to windows so I haven’t really used them. I still used to raise my wing above my head out of habit but I think with practice I will get used to it. In short, it feels good to test other gear and see what is being done elsewhere.”
