Presentation:

This shortboard, generous in volume, is super easy and will amaze you with its maneuverability and speed. It’s a board that pushes you to progress hassle-free.

It paddles very fast for its size because it is thick and slender. At the take off, it only takes a few paddle strokes to start well ahead of the wave. The thin nose allows you to manage the slope without pearling and to take advantage of some beautiful waves. Its speed is surprising, as are its precise curves with its thinner tail and semi-rigid rails.

It is the ideal board for hollow or fast waves, but also for those who want to combine paddling speed and strong maneuverability. Its range of use is therefore really wide and will cover most of the sessions.

Safety is a key argument on this range of inflatable boards. Storage is obviously an asset, but the protection of the inflatable against impacts for both the surfer and the board itself are a real plus.

The 6’3 x 63L is intended for beginners and intermediate levels with small to medium builds but also for more advanced and heavier surfers.
The 7’3 x 78L is intended for beginners and intermediate levels with medium to strong builds. but also for more advanced and heavier surfers. It’s also great for lighter people who want to start on a very comfortable but manoeuvrable board.

In a nutshell

Their slender outline of the board makes the board burst when paddling. The tail is rather thin for reactivity. The nose offers lift for paddling without being bulky.

The rocker is rather low on the tail to accelerate and lift-up the front to not stick on the low end of the wave.

The round rails on front give way in the turns while the hard rails at the tail provide precision and speed around the fins and their top-of-the-range FCS II boxes.

Rocker: almost constant and with a kick nose. The board glides super well!!! Maximum speed.
Rails: hard at the tail and round all the way which gives a progressive and cool grip.
Volume: the thickness is generous and the width at the shoulders offers stability at the take off.
Outline: square but not too wide at the tail, moderate in the center with a median width and a thinner nose.
Tail: moderate square tail for speed, fluidity and turns.
Nose: round point nose not to hinder manoeuvres.

It’s a revolution in inflatable surfing: GONG innovates by adding FCS II boxes !!!

The most practical and top-of-the-range boxes in the world are finally available on our inflatable boards. With our patented inclusion system, you have access to FCS II performance, the best fins in the world, and all without a screw. You clip the fins and you’re ready to surf! Frankly that’s awesome.

FCS II boxes allow a real evolution in performance because the rails are not shaped on inflatable boards as on rigid ones. However, we know that the curves are driven 50% by the rails and 50% by the fins. By greatly enhancing the performance level of the fins thanks to the FCS II system, we compensate for the natural lack of performance of the inflatable rails. FCS II fins are delivered with this board.

The board is covered with pads in strategic places for your comfort when surfing, but also when paddling and waiting. This high-end 5mm pad is really welcoming and avoids slipping thanks to its technical grooving and kicker. More control and more look at the same time 😉

It has a stainless steel ring on the back for attaching a standard surf leash.

The transport bag is really luxurious for an inflatable board. It’s practical and sturdy.
