Presentation
The Stunt is designed for Surf-Freestyle in competition.
Its compact shape dedicated to tricks makes it ultra-maneuverable with a huge pop, with a lot of forgiveness on landings, and an amazing ability to come on foil for such a short shape. It’s the board to stomp tons of tricks in no time.
Designed for the Pro Team, the Stunt was developed to nail the most extreme tricks and world-firsts, enabling rapid progression and optimizing clean landings during competitions.
Not only does the Stunt excel in freestyle performance, but its maneuverability and compactness also make it an excellent board for surfing with a modern and aerial style. A must for a surf-freestyle competition with wind and waves for example.
Its limited surface area behind the back foot limits mistakes in turns and allows you to lift the board immediately on repops. Ideal for surfing where you want a perfectly clean glide in turns between two airs.
This new shape greatly enhances its ability to come on foil. The pop and repop are made easier by much softer rails at the nose and a super-gliding hull at the tail. The first impression of this version is that it feels stiffer than the previous one. It's just waiting to jump.
Big innovation on the deck to improve comfort with a recessed deck under the pad. The board is thinner, and you pilot the foil more directly.
To further optimize this amazing freestyle board, we've developed Shock Traction Pad which is a real game-changer in terms of control and comfort for freestylers of all levels. This new grip ensures perfect contact and hold with the board, while the superior cushioning protects both the rider and the board when landing jumps.
Available in 6 sizes, from 4'5" (55L) to 4'11" (100L), there is definitely a Stunt that will meet your expectations.
There are dozens of strap adjustment options, either centered or offset, which can be oriented more surf-style or more symmetrical freeride with double anti-rotation screws. The pad provides powerful grip that secures your stance in tricky situations. Having firm straps and ultra-safe grip is a real factor of commitment. This board, part of the compact planing shapes family, is built with non-extended boxes in order to save weight.
It’s the 4x4 board that will perform in all conditions with a nervous, committed style.
Outline
Its compact shape offers maximum agility in the air while having a volume and width ideally distributed to provide significant stability for clean landings. The maximum width is slim. However, the tail and the nose (especially) are buoyant, providing that extra comfort upon landing and an amazing pop (bounce).
Flat rocker
Thanks to a flat rocker on the rear third, glide is optimized. The board accelerates instantly for takeoff and repops without sticking.
Hull
A slight concave at the back offers an even more explosive pop. The nearly flat hull optimizes water flow during planing and allows for maximum glide for ultra-easy and fast takeoffs. The double concave at the front channels water flow and softens touchdowns, making them harmless.
Tail
A flat and round tail for even more glide, minimal drag in turns, and explosive pop.
Rail
Straight and sharp rails at the tail give the Stunt more glide like a windsurfing board. The sharp edges provide more glide and release, which facilitates the takeoff phase. In the center, the rails are less vertical. At the nose, they are very softened in the front third for even more comfort. You can ride on the water, in contact, without any harsh braking: perfect for landings and surfing.
Nose
The bulb is also slightly larger to balance the board's volume and improve stability at a standstill. The double concave under the nose combined with the bulb and the narrow outline makes touchdowns completely harmless. Instead of braking during nose dives, the Stunt will bounce on the water and immediately come on foil again. It’s truly incredible when landing jumps or for airs in surfing. This absence of punishment encourages trying new moves and will help you progress very quickly.

Buying guide
For whom?
Do you have a strong desire for freestyle? Do you love to challenge yourself? Not afraid of a crash or two?
For this, you need to have a sufficient skill level:
- Either you have significant experience in wing foiling (let’s say you master jibes and are starting to tack).
- Or you know how to pilot a foil very well (for example, from kite foiling).
- Or you have a background in windsurfing: that helps a lot in handling the wing and standing up.
In any case, the Stunt is demanding to get the best out of it.
In a large volume, it is easy (your weight +10), but if you choose a volume suitable for your weight (= or less than your weight), staying on your knees in choppy water won’t be easy at all. So, you need to be in very good physical condition and have a few hundred hours of flight time on the foil.
This is clearly the board for those who want to maximize the potential of freestyle in wing foiling or lowkite.
For what?
The Stunt is a pure surf/freestyle board, with optimal takeoff and record-breaking pop.
Born to execute the biggest tricks, it has no limits. It’s like a true ping pong ball!
Ideal for tricks, it really shines in surfing, especially in onshore or side-on conditions with messy waves.

For experienced freestyle riders who love aggressive carves at high speeds. It is the key to the craziest tricks and wild combos. Be careful, as this front wing combined with a freestyle stabilizer turns your ride into a kangaroo rodeo! Stability is the opposite of what it is designed for!
The Ypra Surf: the fast surf foil. It offers the greatest control to date during intense surf phases: high speed, steep drops, sharp slopes, and powerful turns. Thanks to its reduced volume, it also prevents overly strong lift that could throw you off balance. Everything stays under control.
The Fluid H: the combo of agility and speed. Perfect for tight turns, going fast, gliding, and riding with a highly responsive feel. Add to that an extremely powerful pop, and you get a foil that truly goes everywhere you want — in the water as well as in the air!
Which stabilizer?
Combinations:
Ideally, we recommend pairing a Ypra Freestyle stabilizer with your Ypra Surf-Freestyle front wing, as these two elements are designed for the same purpose and optimized to work in perfect harmony.
Size: The ideal size will depend on your board, skill level, weight, spot conditions, and front wing.
We’ve calculated all stabilizer and front wing pairs so that, for example, an M is ideal with an M in all models.
But you can also play with the size:
- A larger size (L for FW M) will give you more front foot support, firmer footing, less liveliness, and reduced speed. It's reassuring but less performance-oriented.
- A smaller size (S for FW M) will offer less stability, more responsiveness, greater acceleration, and more radical performance. Highly effective but somewhat unstable.
Note that instability can also be an advantage—for pop, of course, and for surfing to some extent. The positive side of instability is its reactivity. It's up to you to decide if that’s what you’re aiming for.

Delivery
Delivery delay
We indicate a preparation and shipping time of 3 working days. In reality, the majority of orders are shipped within 24/48 hours.
The delivery time, i.e. delivery time of the package to your home, then depends on the delivery location and the carrier.
We work with reliable and efficient carriers. 99% of shipments go perfectly and quickly. In the case of the remaining 1%, rest assured that we will do what is necessary with the carrier.
Shipping fees
Unlike other sites, shipping costs are not hidden behind the price of our products. You know exactly what shipping costs you, and you are not disadvantaged if you choose to collect your order at our GONG Space Center.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and volume of each package, and your delivery address.
Tracking your package
Delivery tracking is managed directly by the carriers to whom we have entrusted your packages. They will contact you by email or SMS to allow you to choose delivery methods and follow the route of your package.
Carriers
We work with the best transport societies to deliver to you throughout Europe and the world within very short deadlines. We chose them for their quality of service and their compliance with deadlines.
For mainland France, 80% of your orders arrive at their destination in less than 48 hours of processing.
For Europe, delivery times vary from 3 to 6 working days, depending on the country of destination.
For the rest of the world, delivery times depend on transit time and customs clearance time. This delay depends on customs and can last from a few days to a few weeks depending on the destination and seasonality.
Please note, transport time is added to preparation/shipping time. Two companies collaborate on your order (GONG and the carrier). Each one masters its activity and is committed to optimizing its deadlines so that you are delivered as quickly as possible and at a reasonable price.

Receipt of your product
Upon delivery, check the condition of your package in the presence of the carrier. A complete explanation email on the procedure to follow will be sent to you when your order is shipped.
Despite our requirements and all the care we take in the packaging and protection of your product, transport hazards may occur, and your product may suffer more or less significant transport damage.
Note that the products are protected in their carton. If you have any doubts, simply refuse delivery and contact us.
