OUTLINE

An astounding paddling speed thanks to a very narrow outline. The Intruder maximizes each paddle stroke, ensuring unmatched fluidity and speed on the water. It feels like the glide of an excellent flatwater SUP race board.

ROCKER

The glide of the Intruder is optimized with its tight rocker. You quickly reach sufficient speed to take off with any foil size, with minimal effort.

DECK

Its flat deck offers maximum control underfoot and precise connection with the foil.

HULL

The Intruder’s hull is perfectly shaped from the nose to the front foot. A slight flat section in the center provides the necessary balance. The long tail overhang finalizes an uncompromising glide.

TAIL

The pin tail of the Intruder is magical for gliding and minimizes drag as much as possible. Combined with its progressive kicktail, the board's bulk during pumping is minimal, and the comfort during touchdowns is optimal.

It remains directional during paddling phases, naturally aligning the board without needing to use the paddle to counter the row effect.

RAILS

The straight sidewalls stabilize the board when stationary, making paddling easier and faster.

Rounded at the hull, they provide more comfort during contacts with water and offer better directional control, preventing you from getting stuck on overly sharp rails while gaining speed.

NOTW, Intruder and Fner

Increasingly popular in recent years, the number of people practicing SUP foil downwind keeps growing. The gear, especially foils, has seen considerable advancements, resulting in a transformation of shapes in all foil sports. With our new foil range, it was essential to offer shapes 100% dedicated to SUP downwind.

To meet this demand, we have developed the NOTW, the Intruder, and the Fner, three shapes engineered for top performance in a variety of conditions.

On one side, the NOTW, offered in 4 sizes (7'8 to 8'8), is the most compact and simple shape, providing better maneuverability and ease in shorter, less formed swells. It’s the ideal board for challenging conditions.

Then, the Intruder, offered in 4 sizes (8'6 to 9'6), is the shape with the fastest paddle speed, capable of taking off on very long and fast swells, using 700 cm² foils. It’s the board of choice for pros aiming to excel in competitions and is also the easiest for flat starts.

Lastly, the Fner completes the range with top-tier performance. This board is not for beginners. If you’re seeking the ultimate board after your NOTW, the Fner is the perfect option to open the doors to ultra-performance.

Waterproof PVC reinforcement (80 kg/m³) with a thickness of 3.5 cm integrating the 2 long US rails.

"Custom finish" matte finish, hand-applied for weight reduction and improved glide.
This technology is easily repairable in case of dings and offers an excellent balance of lightness and responsiveness, highlighting all the technical qualities of the shape.

For whom?

The Intruder is designed for advanced to expert foilers seeking the highest-performing and fastest paddling SUP foil downwind board.

A good physical condition is required to handle this type of board.

Significant Stand Up Paddle experience is essential. Either you have it, or you need to build it, but standing up in windy swells remains a technical challenge, and that's also why we love this sport ;-)

Practicing flat starts is a considerable advantage for gaining balance and takeoff experience.

For what?

To take on long and fast swells, perform flat starts on days without swells, train for the next competition, or simply beat your personal best times on your reference runs.

This board is designed to facilitate any takeoff, regardless of your foil size.

Which size of board?

Which foil?

The Intruder will pair perfectly with the Veloce H DW, Veloce H, and Sirus ranges.

Veloce HDW: 100% glide.

To achieve the pinnacle of performance in infinite glide, the Veloce HDW stands out as the queen of downwind with its 13 ratio and incredible profile.

Veloce H: Glide and versatility combo.

This is a freefly and downwind machine. With it, you can glide and connect bumps limitlessly with unparalleled fluidity. It has a great capacity for acceleration on the wave and requires very little takeoff speed. You can fly slowly without stalling, and it is highly maneuverable for an aspect ratio of 10, making it easy to handle in any circumstance.

Sirus: Lift and glide.

Queen of flat starts and dock starts, the Sirus is also tireless in downwind conditions. Less fast than its Veloce H cousins, it helps you take off from almost nothing. Capable of flying nearly at a standstill and reaching nearly 20 knots in smaller sizes, it offers an incredible range of use, suitable for very slow swells. It will really ease your downwind starts by removing the need for high pace paddling: you can start slowly and gradually increase the intensity.

Which stab?

The Veloce H and Veloce H DW will be perfect with the Veloce H stab. Maximum glide, speed, and efficiency in pumping. The stab to set time records with its minimal surface.
The Fluid H stab provides more front foot, more lift, while being more maneuverable from rail to rail. A versatile and high-performing stab.
The Curve H stab will lift off very early and boost maneuverability. Great surf feel, very enjoyable on offshore bumps.

All three stabs are highly effective. Choose based on the level of lift you seek for a foil that carries ++ or glides, and the degree of maneuverability you desire.

Which bag?

Equipments

2 Long US boxes with Double Entry from GONG, compatible with standard foils equipped with 4-screw plates + inserts, and compatible with the SCS system (9 cm spacing). This system allows for ultra-fast mounting of GONG foils. (SCS INSERTS NOT INCLUDED WITH THE BOARD).
3 mm Ridge Traction Pad: deck pad designed for great comfort and absolute grip.

Delivery

Delivery delay

We indicate a preparation and shipping time of 3 working days. In reality, the majority of orders are shipped within 24/48 hours.

The delivery time, i.e. delivery time of the package to your home, then depends on the delivery location and the carrier.

We work with reliable and efficient carriers. 99% of shipments go perfectly and quickly. In the case of the remaining 1%, rest assured that we will do what is necessary with the carrier.

Shipping fees

Unlike other sites, shipping costs are not hidden behind the price of our products. You know exactly what shipping costs you, and you are not disadvantaged if you choose to collect your order at our GONG Space Center.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and volume of each package, and your delivery address.

Tracking your package

Delivery tracking is managed directly by the carriers to whom we have entrusted your packages. They will contact you by email or SMS to allow you to choose delivery methods and follow the route of your package.

Carriers

We work with the best transport societies to deliver to you throughout Europe and the world within very short deadlines. We chose them for their quality of service and their compliance with deadlines.

For mainland France, 80% of your orders arrive at their destination in less than 48 hours of processing.

For Europe, delivery times vary from 3 to 6 working days, depending on the country of destination.

For the rest of the world, delivery times depend on transit time and customs clearance time. This delay depends on customs and can last from a few days to a few weeks depending on the destination and seasonality.

Please note, transport time is added to preparation/shipping time. Two companies collaborate on your order (GONG and the carrier). Each one masters its activity and is committed to optimizing its deadlines so that you are delivered as quickly as possible and at a reasonable price.

Eco-responsible packaging

Preserving the environment is an absolute priority. This is why we do everything possible to reduce our ecological footprint.

The most important thing is to sell quality, durable products that will be repairable and will please you for a long time.

For our shipments, we use:

Final packaging in high-end cardboard.

For rigid boards: Flexi-Hex, very high resistance ecological packaging.

Receipt of your product

Upon delivery, check the condition of your package in the presence of the carrier. A complete explanation email on the procedure to follow will be sent to you when your order is shipped.

Despite our requirements and all the care we take in the packaging and protection of your product, transport hazards may occur, and your product may suffer more or less significant transport damage.

Note that the products are protected in their carton. If you have any doubts, simply refuse delivery and contact us.
