Program

The Nano is the compact sled of the new generation of modular and high-end sleds , designed to always be in the configuration best suited to your practice.

Presentation

The Nano Sled makes exploring the vast playground of jet skiing easier. It doesn't just add a platform; it changes the way you use your jet ski in our sports.

Compact yet stable with its 5" thickness, it is above all fully modular and accessoryable to provide what is naturally lacking in the jet: a 100% useful water/jet interface surface to get the most out of each session.

With the Nano you get better organized, you move faster, you preserve the equipment, you are safer, and you really adapt the sled to the day's program.

The Nano Sled is designed for all situations and all uses while retaining what makes a jet ski effective: power, mobility and maneuverability.

  • Safety / rescue;
  • Rapid movement;
  • Tow in;
  • Step off;
  • Towed for leisure;
  • Getting back on the jet was easier;
  • Onboard equipment.

Each use case benefits from specific engineering , thought out in infinite detail, to create a new standard and new uses that are both effective and obvious.

Its strength lies in the balance between usable surface area and radical behavior . Wide and thick enough to offer stability, short enough to remain discreet behind the jet, rigid enough to be used fully loaded and/or at full throttle, it offers a sound, predictable, and unobtrusive handling.

The revolution lies in its modular accessorization . Thanks to the multi-position threaded stainless steel inserts (flush-mounted), the deck remains clean when you want a free surface, and becomes fully equipped when you need it. With just a few turns of a screw, you can rig:

  • Modular handles (side and last chance, flexible or rigid) for tow and challenging sessions;
  • Next generation roof racks for securely transporting equipment;
  • Straps and bungee cords for securing equipment in the traditional way;
  • Rod holders , cooler holders, luggage holders, etc. etc… everything is possible!

Each component can be assembled in two minutes depending on the intended use , without ever forcing you into an unsuitable configuration. You adapt the sled to your riding style, not the other way around.

It's a real revolution because you can strap a foil board mounted on the bars and send it full speed through choppy water without it moving. You can strap several boards, or a foil board on top and a surfboard under the bars. It's incredibly practical and really safe.

Inflatable, premium , and robust, the Nano Sled combines rigidity, stability, comfort, easy transport, and hassle-free storage . Its deployment is quick and simple, allowing you to spend less time preparing and more time on the water.

Its use is instinctive: you hop on, lock your gear, and go. The Nano Sled naturally becomes the focal point of the action.

It's a real plus in terms of freedom behind the jet : more options, more organization, more fun, no DIY.

The Nano Sled 6'2 is the benchmark for exploiting the full potential of the jet ski , with a compact, modular support designed for our world.

Shape
Outline

Its compact outline maximizes usable surface area without compromising handling behind the jet ski . At 115 cm wide, the Nano Sled remains within the footprint of a compact to medium-sized jet ski, while offering a true platform.

The forward-positioned beam places the width where it is most useful: near the jet, in the support and loading area. This improves stability both when stationary and underway , without hindering maneuvering.

The wide nose provides comfort when returning to the jet ski, while the pinched tail reduces drag in tight turns and makes boarding easier. The sled naturally follows the jet ski's trajectory , remains responsive during changes of direction, and maintains a solid feel, even when loaded.

The result: a stable platform once loaded, easy to access when returning to the jet, and compact to remain maneuverable in action.

Rocker

Its flat rocker enhances stability and visibility behind the jet ski . The sled sits firmly behind the jet ski, resting on the water without any unwanted movement, even when loaded or at high speed.

This taut base makes loading easier: everything rests flat , the deck remains usable, and the sled maintains sound behavior during towing phases.

Nose

The wide nose creates a stable area closest to the jet ski , where support, transitions, and maneuvers are most frequent. This improves comfort, usability, and usable surface area without complicating access to the sled.

Its width provides stability when mounted or when the sled is loaded. The fenders protect exposed areas and those in contact with the spray, contributing to the product's durability under heavy use.

Tail

The pinched tail reduces the sled's grip in turns and changes of direction. It allows the Nano Sled to stay agile behind the jet ski, without losing traction in tight maneuvers.

Its width remains sufficient to maintain a truly usable area at the rear : access, support, handling, equipment. Maneuverability is retained along with the stability necessary for use.

The fenders protect areas exposed to contact and friction, to keep a sled durable over time.

Deck

The wide deck is flat and unobstructed . This is the true usable surface of the Nano Sled.

Returns to the jet, support, movement, equipment storage: this is the base camp that we organize according to the session .

The multi-position inserts, flush with the pad, allow for a clean and minimalist surface without accessories. Nothing protrudes unnecessarily, movement is natural, while the deck retains its full functionality .

As the level of commitment increases, the sled is equipped accordingly : modular handles, racks, bridges, bungee cords. Each element is positioned according to the use, allowing for a completely flush deck setup to a full, but never fixed, configuration .

Configuration based on YOUR session

The Nano Sled sets a new standard: your session defines the sled, no longer does the sled dictate your program.

You start with the same ultra-premium base to install what YOU need. Engaged tow, recovery, fun run behind the machine or equipment to carry: your configuration for the right session.

Side handles, last chance, racks, U-bolts, bungee cords: everything is placed according to your practice, your uses and your level of engagement.

The deck remains clean when freedom is needed, and becomes fully equipped when efficiency is needed.

One sled, multiple faces, zero fuss.

One sled. Make it yours.

Flush multiposition inserts

The specifications for this new GONG standard: solid inserts designed to be forgotten.

The Nano Sled takes the principle of flush wingfoil inserts and applies it to a whole new level: that of a fully configurable sled.

As soon as you step on it, the difference is felt by their absence. The deck is clean, flat and natural, with no added thickness or unnecessary hard spots. You can move around, lean on it, and load your equipment without ever being bothered by the fittings.

These inserts are at the heart of the innovation, of the modular system: handles, racks, eyelets, bungee cords, everything can be placed where you need it.

You choose your grips, your loading zones and your level of equipment.
From now on, you are in charge of your configuration.

Image

Racks, your roof bars on the water

Transverse racks redefine how you carry gear behind your jet ski.
Boards, bags, equipment, everything has its place: organize, secure, fasten.

Mounted on multi-position inserts, they can be positioned according to your load and free up useful space on the platform. The equipment is raised, easy to strap down, securely held, and the deck remains usable.

It's simple: you load it like roof bars, on the water.
It's clean, fast, and safe for you and your equipment.

Image

In the wake of the jet

The two central points at the nose lock the connection to the jet and keep the Nano Sled perfectly aligned.

By distributing the forces over two close and centered anchor points, the sled perfectly follows the jet's trajectory, maintains stable behavior during accelerations, turns, or loaded phases, limits errors and flips, and absorbs parasitic movements.

This multipoint connection brings true peace of mind during use, for daily use as well as intensive use, without complicating the setup.

Image

Integrated fenders

Behind a jet ski, the sled is constantly under stress: approaches, returns to the jet ski, turns, loading, handling, friction... To meet demanding daily use, the Nano Sled is protected in key areas.

Its long PVC fenders protect chafing zones and rail overlaps. They limit aggressive contact with the jet ski, boards, equipment and users, while contributing to the product's durability.

You can load, run sequences and push the intensity to the maximum with a sled designed to truly live on the water, serenely.

Image

Full double diamond pad

The high-end 5mm thick full pad provides maximum grip, protection, and comfort during use. It covers the entire usable surface of the Nano Sled's deck.

Its Double Diamond grooving is ultra-effective as an anti-slip surface: whether barefoot, in slippers, or even in shoes, your footing is secure and natural when getting on, moving around, or handling equipment on the deck.

Very different from classic PVC coating, the pad immediately gives the feeling of a more comfortable, stable, and safer deck. You can feel where you place your feet, knees, or hands, even when everything is wet.

It also protects the platform and the equipment placed on it: boards, bags, coolers, or other gear rest on a softer, grippier, and less aggressive surface than bare PVC.

Buying guide

For whom?

The Nano Sled is aimed at riders, watermen and enthusiasts who want to exploit the full potential of a jet ski in water sports.

It is the choice to combine safety of practice, surfing and towed foil surfing, recreational towed surfing, easy returns to the jet ski and carrying of equipment, with a configuration adapted to each session.

Compact, stable and modular, it adds a truly useful platform behind the jet without transforming your machine.

For what ?

Beyond the jet ski, the Nano Sled multiplies its uses without losing what makes it effective: power, mobility and maneuverability.

Its strength lies in switching from one use to another without changing the support: clean deck to maintain freedom, handles for engagement, racks for carrying, bridges and bungee cords to organize the equipment flat on the deck.

One sled, all your configurations.

What size should I choose?

In the world of sleds, size defines the program: shorter, you gain in agility; longer, you gain in surface area and carrying capacity.

The Nano is positioned in the center, with an excellent balance between maneuverability, stability, and usable surface area:

  • Its 6'2 format is designed for versatile use behind the jet ski.
  • It allows you to secure a session, tow, do step off, play behind the jet ski, facilitate returns to the board and carry essential equipment, without switching to an overly bulky sled.
  • At 188 cm long and 115 cm wide, it remains within the dimensions of a modern jet ski: compact in maneuvers, generous when it comes to loading, leaning or starting again.

It's the most versatile format.

Which quiver?

The Nano Sled opens the door to towed and assisted sessions behind the jet ski: tow-in, step-off, foil or recreational towing.

For tow-in surfing, a dedicated board like the Factory Surf Atomic Tow Fast 5'6" is ideal. For step-off surfing, a shortboard that's easy to position and quick to realign is preferred. For foiling, a foil surfboard is paired with a foil suited to speed, control, and conditions. For recreational tow-in surfing, a stable and forgiving board is all you need.

And to carry all that neatly, the carbon racks transform the Nano Sled into a true utility vehicle on the water: everything is secured, organized and ready to go.

Good to know:

The Nano Sled is a floating jet ski accessory: it must always be used connected to the jet ski, with the original equipment, in good condition, and in accordance with the instructions for use.

Take the time to familiarize yourself with its behavior in a safe environment. The sled can alter the jet ski's handling, especially during turns, acceleration, or when under load. Initial sessions should be conducted on calm water, at low speed, and without strong winds or rough seas.

Before each outing, check your setup: attachment points, line tension, carabiners, sled condition, inflation pressure, mounted accessories, and load. The sled must remain firmly attached behind the jet ski.

Like any inflatable product, do not leave it in the sun or behind a car window. Heat increases internal pressure and can damage the seams. Store it in the shade, away from heat sources, and adjust the pressure if necessary.

Avoid prolonged friction on a pontoon, boat, concrete, rocks, or any abrasive surface. Repeated friction can wear down the material and cause a leak.

Be careful with foils, fins, board rails, crates, coolers, and any rigid or sharp equipment. Load neatly, strap properly, and avoid direct or repeated contact with sensitive areas of the sled.

Don't let the sled get tossed around in the waves, especially near the shore. A wave can flip it over, throw it, or compress it along with any gear on board. Always anticipate the water's movement and never position yourself between the sled, jet ski, gear, and the wave.

The Nano Sled is not an autonomous vehicle, a rescue craft, or a means of transporting passengers. Its use is the responsibility of the jet ski operator, in compliance with local regulations, weather conditions, sea state, and the actual capabilities of the crew.

If in doubt: simplify the setup, reduce speed, unload the sled, return to a calm, sheltered area.

Frequent questions
What is the Nano Sled 6’2 used for?

The Nano Sled 6'2 adds to the jet ski what it naturally lacks: a real usable surface behind the machine.

It allows for better organization of a session, easier returns to the jet ski, transport of equipment, better safety during practice, tow-in, step-off, towed foil, recreational towed or simply to enjoy a stable and modular support behind the jet ski.

Its advantage is that it retains the power, mobility, and maneuverability of the jet ski, while adding a compact, stable, and usable platform. You can get on it, lean on it, load gear, attach accessories, remove anything that gets in the way, and configure the sled according to your needs.

This is not simply a floating support towed behind a jet ski. It is a practice platform designed for water sports, with a clear deck, a full pad, multi-position flush inserts and truly modular accessories.

Why choose the Nano 6’2 over another format?

The Nano 6'2 is the most versatile format.

A shorter sled becomes more agile and action-oriented, but it loses usable surface area and carrying capacity. A longer sled carries more gear, but makes the jet ski and sled combination less maneuverable, especially in turns, waves, or active conditions.

The Nano sits in the middle: compact enough to remain easy to manage behind the jet, wide and thick enough to be stable, large enough to carry essential equipment, and modular enough to switch from one use to another.

This is the ideal format if you want to combine tow, step off, assistance, return to jet ski, small transport, fun session, foil towed, surf towed and equipment on board, without switching to a large logistics platform.

This is the core range: the model to choose when you want to cover a maximum of uses with a single sled.

Is the Nano Sled compatible with my jet ski?

The Nano Sled is designed to be compatible with most modern jet skis used in water sports, including major brands like Sea-Doo, Yamaha and equivalents, provided that they have suitable rear attachment points: ideally 2 lateral points on the transom and 1 central point under the seat.

It connects to the jet at several points to ensure it remains aligned and follows the machine's trajectory precisely. This multi-point connection helps the sled maintain stability during acceleration, changes of direction, loaded phases, and maneuvers.

Before use, always check:

  • the condition of the jet's attachment points;
  • the condition of the O-rings, ends and carabiners;
  • the correct tension of the assembly;
  • the absence of aggressive contact with the turbine, the hull or protruding parts;
  • the behavior of the sled at low speed before accelerating.

Like any accessory towed behind a jet ski, the assembly must be carried out in accordance with the instructions, with the original equipment, and then tested progressively in a calm area.

Can you carry equipment on the Nano Sled?

Yes, that's one of the key uses of the Nano Sled.

The Nano Sled allows you to transport boards, dry bags, coolers, crates, session equipment, fins, vests or small equipment, provided you load it neatly, low, centered and well strapped.

With the optional cross racks, the Nano functions like roof racks on the water. Gear is elevated, better organized, easier to strap down, and the deck remains usable. For example, you can load a fully assembled foil board, a surfboard, a bag, or a cooler, depending on the configuration.

The key point is to follow a simple principle: the equipment must be securely fastened, properly strapped down, with no sharp edges or foils exposed against the sled. Fins, foils, rails, rigid boxes, and hard accessories must be positioned carefully to avoid friction or repeated impacts.

The Nano is not a giant logistics platform: its purpose is to maintain the right balance between payload, compactness and maneuverability behind the jet.

What are multi-position flush inserts used for?

The multi-position flush inserts are at the heart of the Nano Sled's modularity: they make the sled fully configurable.

They allow you to mount only the accessories you need: side handles, specific handles, racks, bridges, bungee cords, or other compatible items. When you don't need them, you remove the accessories, and the deck becomes clean, flat, and clear again.

In practice, this is what makes all the difference: nothing protrudes unnecessarily, nothing interferes with support, equipment, or access to the deck. You can start with a very basic sled for a casual session, then configure it with more features for towing, jet ski returns, a more challenging session, or transportation.

The sled does not impose a fixed configuration on you.

This session defines the edit.

Can you get on the Nano Sled and use it to return to the jet ski?

Yes, the Nano Sled is designed to offer a real support area behind the jet ski.

This is one of the major roles of a sled designed for our sports: to facilitate the return to the jet ski and to maintain a usable platform in action.

Its 5" thickness, 115 cm width, wide nose, flat deck and full pad allow you to get on it, lean on it, reposition yourself, get back in touch with the jet ski or make it easier to return to the jet ski during practice.

The double diamond pad provides grip whether barefoot, in climbing shoes, or with shoes, even when everything is wet. It makes the deck more comfortable for feet, knees, hands, and equipment.

However, one rule must be clear: the Nano Sled is not a passenger transport system. It is not designed for carrying someone sitting or lying down behind the jet ski. It serves as a floating platform attached to the jet ski for sports activities, session organization, returning to the jet ski, and carrying equipment.

Is the Nano Sled a rescue device?

No. The Nano Sled is not a rescue vehicle, nor an autonomous vehicle, nor a regulatory support intended for rescue or the transport of people.

On the other hand, it can clearly improve the organization and safety of practice around the jet ski: it facilitates certain returns to the jet ski, offers a support surface, allows equipment to be kept within reach, to organize an engaging session, and to adapt the handles or accessories according to the program.

It must always be used under the responsibility of the jet ski driver, in compliance with local regulations, weather conditions, sea state and the actual skill level of the users.

In challenging conditions, the rule is simple: checked setup, simplified configuration, appropriate speed, clear area, experienced crew, and progressive testing before increasing the intensity.

What does the Nano Sled pack contain and what accessories can be added?

The Nano Sled comes with the basic equipment needed to use it behind the jet ski and to configure the textile side handles.

Included equipment:

  • Nano Sled with full pad, jet attachment points and flush inserts;
  • O-rings for lateral attachment to the jet;
  • central fixing end;
  • 3 stainless steel safety carabiners;
  • 12 textile side handles;
  • screws for handles;
  • dual action multi-nozzle inflation pump;
  • Repair kit, glue not included.

The sled can then be completed with accessories suited to its use:

  • last chance handles;
  • semi-rigid handles;
  • carbon racks;
  • bridges;
  • bungee cords;
  • straps;
  • fasteners and replacement parts.

The logic is simple: you start with a functional base, then you refine the configuration with accessories adapted to your practice.
