EVOLUTIVE THICKNESS

The mast section is progressive, thinner at the bottom to reduce drag in flight, and thicker at the top to maximize mast stiffness.

MONOBLOC PLATE AND BASE

The plate and base of the Carbon masts are seamlessly molded as a single unit, ensuring zero connection points and no play. This results in an ultra-stiff structure, delivering exceptional foil responsiveness and optimal control.

SELF-TIGHTENING FUSELAGE CONNECTION

The fuselage connection is self-tightening, ensuring zero play and delivering exceptional responsiveness and power transfer.

A more efficient foil shape

One of the key elements in the evolution of this range is the complete redesign of our foils to increase their structural and hydrodynamic qualities.

The V3* fuselage is:

The new round shape allows a 12% gain in glide and the thicker section approaching the stab increases the strength and rigidity of the foil.

Hours of calculations on extremely powerful computers have allowed us to optimize the smallest detail to maximize performance. The fillets of all our connections have been carefully studied and adjusted to minimize hydrodynamic disturbances and increase the rigidity and resistance of the assembly.

Prepreg Carbon

The Carbon V3 mast is made entirely of Prepreg carbon. The major advantage of Prepreg carbon is that it ensures a perfect balance between resin and fiber. The result is optimal fiber cohesion, leading to top-tier performance.
With 50 layers oriented at 5 angles, the mast delivers outstanding responsiveness. It returns to its original shape four times faster than a standard mast. A 400 kg mold is needed to manufacture this piece, enduring 100 tons of compression during a 150°C curing process. This ensures exceptional precision and stiffness in every mast.
The immense advantage of high-end carbon is its rigidity. It’s so stiff that it requires far less material compared to other materials. This results in a significant weight reduction—nearly 30% lighter than aluminum. Beyond the measured weight savings, its responsiveness creates an incredible sense of responsiveness and lightness.

Retro fitting

The entire range, from the fuselage, to the mast, to the front wing and the stab, has been revised to radically boost the performance of our foils, without being limited by our old connection shapes.

However, this choice to change all of our parts could not be considered without continuing to offer compatibility with our old ranges.

We therefore offer a wide choice of fuselages which gives you the freedom to mix all our masts, front wings and stabs, whatever their generation.

This mast is the natural next step after the aluminum mast, offering a smooth and structured progression.

For what?

In wing foil, the 85 cm mast stands out for its versatility: it excels in freeride, freestyle, and freefly. In surf, it provides a forgiving rail-to-rail feel and a comfortable ride above the water. Its height strikes the perfect balance for deep carves while ensuring stability and control in choppy conditions.

In kite foil, this is the key size for all disciplines—freestyle, surf, and jumps. It’s also a great freeride option, offering a natural feel without the instability of excessive height. However, for pure speed runs, a longer mast would be a better fit.

In tow-in surf foil, this size allows for committed riding. While not the most reactive, the extra margin it provides instills undeniable confidence, encouraging hard carving.

Which wings?

This mast performs best with wingspans under 100 cm. That said, with precise handling that minimizes unnecessary flex, it can support larger wings—particularly low-lift front wings with gentle rail-to-rail dynamics.
