The custom boards created in our workshop are veritable objets d'art. We put all our know-how into designing these exceptional objects, which are both noble and high-performance, for a unique surfing experience.

The PU CUSTOM construction represents the timeless classic of surfing, offering the possibility of taming rough waters in complete serenity.

The Pampa offers the best synthesis of the two worlds: modern drive and retro style.

The Pampa is a semi-retro longboard with a back beam: super manoeuvrable. Comfortable volume without excess, width on the same tempo...

A beautiful longboard somewhere between a 9'2 Ten Blues and an Incredible Ten 10', for those who want to combine the magnificent glide of retro boards with modern moves from the tail.

The Pampa offers the ride of a classic board, with its backwards beam: a smooth glide and very easy turns in small waves. And the noses glide endlessly. But it's also capable of gliding, because its rails are smooth without being extreme 50/50s. The hull glides on the tail. So the Pampa is capable of accelerating and pumping as needed to get through sections, hit rollers or surf cleanly when the going gets rough.

In a nutshell

Rocker: constant and low for generating the most speed possible and to facilitate cross stepping.
Rails: thin and sharp at the tail for laying it down and soft up front to forgive mistakes.
Volume: generous for early take offs and high performances, even in mushy waves.
Outline: a moderate maximum width and pulled towards the back for maximum maneuverability and a floaty nose for toes over.
Tail: diamond tail permiting maximum weight bearing allowing you to camp out on the tail even in the mushiest waves. Wicked maneuverability.
Nose: round nose, buoyant, for paddling and noserides.

Techno Surf PU

Matériaux de haute qualité : Bennett Australian Blanks, résine polyester, fibre de verre, boîtiers brevetés FCS2. Les matériaux sont choisis pour leur conformité avec nos exigences en matière de conception.

C'est la technologie ancestrale et la plus noble de l'artisan shaper. Elle offre une sensation inégalée. C'est la référence des surfeurs de haut niveau.

Planche 100% résine Polyester sur pain de mousse Polyuréthane Bennett Foam 50kg/m³
Latte bois de haute qualité en 3mm à 5mm pour éviter les pliures.
Détail du pont : 2 couches de fibre de verre 4oz ou 6oz selon les planches.
Détail de la carène : 1 couche de fibre de verre 4oz ou 6oz selon les planches
Renforts : un large patch de fibre de verre 4oz englobant le tail et les box de dérives.
Préshape à la commande numérique, contrôle du shape par templates traditionnels, finition 100% à la main.
Finition mate pour une meilleure glisse, moins de sensibilité aux rayures et un look comp.
Cette techno est facilement réparable en cas de choc, notamment à la résine UV.
Pain hydrophobe qui ne se gorge pas d’eau lorsqu’un incident survient.
Les planches "Factory" sont 100% shapées et glassées dans notre Factory en France
