The performance of the Strutless makes it the ultimate solution for those countless days where you would just need those few extra knots to enjoy on an empty spot! It won’t just save the session when the forecast apps are being a little too optimistic: it allows you to really enjoy light conditions with confidence, while remaining comfortable as soon as the wind picks up thanks to a specific ratio on the largest sizes.

A shape with a higher ratio

The ratios are progressive on the Strutless with small compact sizes for reactivity and the larger sizes benefiting conversely from a higher ratio to optimize heading and top speed in the lighter conditions. Much like a foil kite with an extreme ratio, we benefit from a lot of speed with a higher ratio without the disadvantages of potentially having to relaunch a foil kite full of water for the Strutless. In the upper wind range, this type of ratio is characterized by a reduced chord depth which allows them to easily absorb gusts to sail in comfort. That is to say a lot of power in the light and an ability to be at ease in the stronger wind.

Its original concept

Its original concept of a kite without inflatable struts gives you much better flight performance than a classic kite. Its profile is no longer disturbed by the volume of the struts: the profile is held in place by 3 fiber battens, light and discreet, which reduce drag by 30%!
