Surf, SUP, kite foil, wing foil, foil… we always need to know the conditions in real time to get in the water with the fitting gear. The GOWIND start-up made for you the Fungir : a high-performance box that monitors wind in real time… and in the blink of an eye ?

The wind speed, the gusts, the trend (increasing or decreasing)… everything is on display with this practical tool. You can also set the box to receive an alert when your favorite conditions are on (between 15 and 20 knots for example).

How does it works?

The French start-up gathers data from more than 6,000 anemometers available worldwide. It collects all this information and shares it in real time with all its boxes. A wifi and power plug are all you need to install the Fungir. Then, just pick your favorite spot and monitor the best conditions to get in the water .??

The Fungir box offers an inimitable accessibility: no need to take out your phone to know the current conditions. You can keep an eye on the wind conditions while cooking, while watching TV or any day-to-day activity. An ultra practical… and stylish accessory: the Fungir is also a decorative object that will enlighten your interior.

How much does it cost?

The brand offers two different boxes that are sold on its website: one at 79€ (in stainless steel), the other at 99€ (in wood and stainless steel). You can also add a few options such as the display of three spots simultaneously on the same box (for an additional 10€) or tidal times (for 5€ more). Can’t miss a sesh being so well equipped ?
