The new UPE technology which lightens the inflatable structure by 28%, improves the rigidity by a factor of 5 and doubles its resistance, not only brings an exceptional durability, but also performances of a new register as this technology allows us to completely redesign the shape of our wings.

A performance leap that makes UPE technology a must for demanding riders, starting with our team riders and the reigning world champion. Obviously the opinion of the champ matters but the opinion of all the wing foilers who trust us for their sessions is just as important. Thanks to our direct relationship with you, we are on the front line to collect them, of which here is a series below.

“Very happy to have opted for a Droïd 5.5 UPE. The rigid handles provide a direct response, consistent with the general tension of the wing. You feel everything and it helps a lot in the light conditions to orient and fine tune your pumping technique. The structure is rock solid and the sail hardly deforms, so the maneuverability is great. The power is easily controlled by moving the hands along the handles. It took me some time to adapt to the wing in stronger winds but I am very satisfied with this purchase.”
