NEWS: NEW SYSTEM FOR TRACKING YOUR ORDER

A new feature that allows you to follow the processing of your order at any time is now activated in your customer area! Whatever the delivery time, it always seems too long when you want to get into the water with new equipment 😉 We have therefore developed the “Follow-up” functionality so that you can be reassured about the processing of your order, especially if you ordered a pre-sale.
Since the beginning of the GONG adventure, we have made every effort to support you with transparency before, during and after the delivery of your order. Thanks to a direct sales experience which now spans over several decades, GONG has built advanced know-how with the use of the best tools in logisitics, which translates into a customer satisfaction of which we are very proud. However, we take nothing for granted and we are constantly developing our tools to optimize your experience on our platform. This latest development is in line with this logic. Here is how it works:
Head to “My Account” to view the status of your order(s). By clicking on the “Follow-up” action in the last column of the table which summarizes your orders, a timeline with 4 steps is now displayed:

- To prepare: means that your order is correctly submitted and that it will be processed, either within one working day for a product in stock, or as soon as the product is in stock for a product in pre-sale.
- In preparation: means that your order is taken care of by our logistics team. The products in stock of your order are prepared in a package for the carrier.
- Sent: means your package has been picked up by the carrier. Below the timeline you can see the contents of the package, the date it was picked up and the name of the carrier. By clicking on “Track package” you will be redirected to the carrier’s tracking interface.
- Delivered: means that the product(s) listed in detail below the timeline are delivered. Now all you have to do is to go surfing 😉
