NEWS: NEW MENU TO FALL FOR  AT THE SLAB!

Autumn brings a new menu to fall for at the Slab !

The change of season comes with a renewal of the menu at the Slab with plenty of delicious new dishes ! A new season means different products to work with. Besides, freshness and seasonality being a priority at the Slab, the menu has been greatly revisited by our chef.

   

Among the newcomers on the menu, a delicious Pulled Pork in pitta bread to die for, accompanied by homemade BBQ sauce. A Squid roll, Lobster Roll style but with squids caught on the coasts of our regions, and its chimichurri condiment. Also worth mentioning, a spicy beef kofta on the menu which has everyone buzzing.

Chef Fred Ardouin’s Asian inspirations are ever so present, for instance with his Lu Rou Fan: a typical Taiwanese dish based on braised pork, or the Gyoza salad. The semi-cooked salmon steak and its wok noodles will also be hard to pass by on the menu!

For regulars, rest assured, the Slab has kept your favorite dishes on its menu, notably the cheese burger which is arriving in its double version! The now legendary poke bowl also remains on the menu with two new variations: falafels and squid… a treat.

We invite you to come and discover all our culinary creations. Meet from Monday to Saturday, from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. to eat at the Slab. And don’t forget, outside of lunch service hours, the Slab team welcomes you continuously to enjoy a variety of drinks and cocktails or to eat a classic crêpe.

The Slab is certified by the Surfrider Foundation for its eco-responsible management through compliance with the Ocean Friendly Restaurant charter.
