The Pie Origin 2.0 fish shape is now available in a length of 9 feet!
Whether you choose the Pie Origin 2.0 in 5’6 or in its longest size, the objective is always the same: surf at lightning speed in rather slow conditions. This new size is fully in line with this objective by combining the comfort and paddling speed of a longboard with the magical acceleration of the Pie. This is the board to take off from afar. It maintains excellent handling thanks to curved lines and a deep fish tail. It is the board for cruising on small, medium and fat waves. Cherry on the cake, you can take advantage of its length to go for a cheater five with control and many other old school moves.
A premium construction
The Origin 2.0 technology combines solidity, performance and a polished glossy finish that will make heads turn on the beach! This modern composite sandwich that combines wood and carbon on an EPS foam blank is just superb. The vacuum glued wood strengthens the board against knocks, dents and breakage. The carbon belt creates an outer double batten that provides incredible responsiveness.

Equipment
The Pie 9’0 is equipped with 4 FCS II plugs to fit a quad set-up and comes with 4 FCS II Glass Flex fins, to make this board as versatile as possible.
As this fin set-up makes it easy to accelerate and generate speed, it’s a real asset in slow waves. This quad set-up also offers more stability than a twin-fin for this board length, allowing the surfer to hold on to their line, which is valuable on fast, hollow waves.
This configuration will also play an essential role in maintaining drive in the curves. When putting the board on the rail, the fins will provide traction and prevent the board from skidding. We can thus maintain a tighter trajectory, while generating more speed when exiting the curve. The drive is precise, the control impeccable!
