The Lethal is the shortboard dedicated to hollow waves, both super fluid and radical for scoring big. Its natural and smooth drive in the hollow faces and its capacity to tighten the turns make it a must have in a good surfer’s quiver.

This is a formidable shape for fans of radical angles because you have the maneuverability to go for whatever’s on your mind. Its rocker, and thin nose, fits perfectly in the pocket of the wave where you can set yourself for a tube, place a turn or extract all the energy from this power zone to go for a roundhouse cutback on the shoulder. Because we are also on a board that likes to draw beautiful lines on the face of the wave thanks to modern rails and outline, it is fluid and without excess on the nose, with hard rails on the tail for excellent grip. Its round tail guarantees flawless bottom turns that accumulate all the power you need for monstrous top turns. This is the magic tail turn on the spot, with minimal radius.

The Lethal is available in two reference technologies in surfing, PU for purists and fans of smoothness and EPS for lightness and dynamism.

The EPS tech is the modern construction currently prized by the most technical surfers. EPS brings lightness and responsiveness to your board for maximum performance, especially in small conditions, or more solid but glassy conditions. The epoxy resin used on EPS blanks being more resistant than polyester used for PU blanks, means we can use lighter EPS blanks. On average, 30% lighter. As a result, surfers looking for maximum responsiveness are turning more and more to this kind of technology, offering better performance in small to medium waves, or waves requiring rapid sequences of maneuvers, typically what we want with a Lethal.

For lamination, epoxy resin is the only one that can be used on an EPS blank. This type of resin gives the board more resistance. EPS construction is preferred in the following cases:

You are an experienced surfer looking for a board that will respond instantly
You are an intermediate surfer looking for a more responsive board to work on your first turns more easily
You mostly surf small waves, or glassy conditions.
You have a background made of different boardsports.
You like reactive, lively and modern boards.
