INFO: HOW TO SUP ONLINE !!!

As the Pioneer of SUP in Europe, L’Ours soon began to explain and show the sport from every angle. He is the first in the world to create How To’s to help new practitioners progress.

As summer approaches, many of you are getting equipped for the first time. Like many beginners, you will be confronted with a new discipline, which is certainly simple and accessible, but which requires you to follow certain rules to ensure that everything goes well.

You will thus find on our site a “How To SUP” section. All these How To’s are classified by level of practice, starting with the basics, to get to the most technical moves.

We strongly advise you to take the time to read these How To’s which will allow you to approach this new sport in the best conditions.
