INFO: HOW TO CHOOSE YOUR WING?

Last week we mentioned in an article the difficulty that can represent the choice of the right board of Wing considering that your level evolves over the sessions. Our advice was that your choice should primarily be based on your level, weight and program at the time of purchase. The buying guide directs you to the equipment that will allow you to evolve the best with a goal that is always the same, to have fun on the water 😉

What’s true for the choice of board is also true for the choice of the Wing. Read the Wings buying guide carefully. Identifying the right program is key to choosing the right Wing for you. Choose the program that suits you best: progression, lightwind, freeride, freestyle or waveriding. The wing thus selected will have the characteristics of power, Vmax, agility, simplicity and neutrality which are optimal for your practice. Note, however, that the Wings are relatively versatile. The programs are not exclusive. You can freeride with a Neutra or ride waves with a Droid if the right conditions come up. It’s mostly a question of priorities.

If you are considering purchasing multiple Wing sizes, why not vary the programs? For example, a freeride program with the Pulse to crank out speed with the boys and a waveriding program with the Neutra when the wind and the waves rise. We give you the tools, you make the program 🙂
