The main part of the weight was in the FSP decoration, which was very greedy in paint (which could represent 30% of the weight of a finished board). The two new technos have been made possible by the transparency of the finish. We accept to see the material, even if we see normal irregularities, but which can be a source of questioning for neophytes. By betting that people will understand that the quality of a composite is not judged by the gloss of a paint, we have eliminated 80% of the paint, and therefore all the weight involved.

 

Both FSP 2X and FSP Wood technos are actually more loaded with fiber and therefore more solid, for a moderate weight. But they no longer shine and show their composition without any complexes.
