The Slab team offers a carefully crafted selection of dishes: varied, balanced and high-quality, within a menu that evolves with the seasons. Our signature? Fresh, local and seasonal ingredients, thoughtfully selected.

Our new menu highlights the dishes that delight our loyal customers, while reinventing them with new alternatives. Always prepared with quality ingredients and elevated with plenty of local touches.

The Slab welcomes you for lunch from 12 pm to 3 pm, Monday to Saturday, and all day long for coffee or a refreshing break.

Located at the heart of the GONG Space Center shop, our restaurant is now even more accessible with 100 additional parking spaces, available since the opening of our extension.
