If this Alley is a hit in the big waves, you’ll have to complete it with a Board for the smaller conditions. Either a Fatal Board to avoid too big a gap in feeling/drive. Or a Mob to go smash it in the mush.
If you’re one of those people who like the opposite of feelings, you can complete the Alley, a real hardcore SUP short, with a long SUP. It will go very well with all longSUPs but probably better with a Zero or NFA that offers a modern and lively drive.
The Alley will have a hard time finding its place in a surfers Quiver because it’s the Board of someone who goes to the end of the SUP, and who won’t necessarily have time to invest in the heart of the surfing program which is exactly the one of the Alley : the perf Shortboard.
