FOCUS : about 2SK technology !!!

There are quite a few of you out there whom are asking about the construction methods used in building our Kite Boards, so here is a short synopsis of what we can reveal on this subject.
First of all, our Boards are not molded, but made artisanally.
L’Ours shapes his Boards in 3D and then personally forms the Back Shapers.
Firstly, the cutting of the Blank is meticulously done by the CNC and then passed on to be finished by hand.
Then the deck sandwich is laminated then a double over the deck which encloses the Kevlar on the Rails.
Then we instal the accessories and Boxes then we laminate over the sandwich. At this point the Board is only half done 😉
The flooding steps, Hot-Coat, sanding, deco, finish, quality control and finally wrapping. A process well-honed by years of experience and flawless rigor.
