“Well, assessment of the transition from the HIPE 5’3 to this Mint 4’8 (65kgs): over-stoked !
The HIPE is a good board but this is another world, you have so much more information under our feet, everything is easier, except of course being on my knees on a choppy sea but frankly I thought I would have more trouble. It was instantaneous from the get go, everything is more natural, more lively, and what a feeling!
Really amazing!
I was even able to do my first real jibes in the air, and navigate toeside while I couldn’t do it with the HIPE. I had moments with less wind as well and it picks up speed very quickly, the pumping and takeoff are going wonderfully! I’m totally won over”
