The HIPE First sold in our shop at 299€, is the easy and practical board for beginners and very fun when you already have wing foiling experience as Thierry does. Here are his first impressions on our Facebook page

“Test of the HIPE 5’5 First received this weekend. Wind 10 to 15 knots with SuperPower 7’5 and Rise XL Foil. Average level. Flight, front and back jibes and simple jumps.

Coming from a Zuma 6’3, I find it much lighter, so it starts flying earlier. Pumping is much easier. In flight, no problem adapting. Only the strapless disturbed me a little in the jibes. I realized that I used it a lot during transitions.

The Smart Connection System (SCS) is real progress for attaching the foil.

And everything fits in the trunk of the car. That’s great. I don’t regret this purchase even if I no longer have footstraps. I could even have taken a smaller size if there had been one… The price, I’m not even talking about it, it’s indecently low.”
