FEEDBACK: HIPE CRUZADER
Taking off easily in light winds is the pleasant surprise Peter enjoyed when testing the inflatable HIPE Cruzader from his buddy Nathan.

Wingfoiler: Malo, GONG team rider, with a HIPE Cruzader and a Plus Perf Series wing.
Riding in a light breeze
“I had the pleasure of testing Nathan’s GONG Cruzader HIPE 7’0 for a few days. Usually, I ride at Cap d'Agde on a Lemon 4’8 with a Ypra-S XL 1200, which I struggle to take off below 15 knots, which is frustrating during the summer when a steady 12-knot breeze often blows. When Nathan let me try his Cruz on a 10-knot day, I was blown away: what a joy to glide and take off effortlessly!”
Speed and sensations
“I was also surprised by the speed generated by the Cruzader HIPE 7’0 paired with the Ypra-S XL. Despite the light wind, I felt great glide and the jibes were quite easy to pull off—you don't really feel the length of the board. The following days, with stronger Tramontane winds and relatively flat water, the Cruzader remained very enjoyable to ride. However, when the water started getting choppy, taking off became more challenging.
Really fun! Thanks Nathan!”
