Test of a complete high aspect ratio plane composed of the Fluid M-H and the Veloce H 40 stab by Adrien who followed the latest advice from L’Ours in pumping to take off in a tricky wind.

“1st test of this combo last night after work. I had already tested the Fluid H-M but with a classic Fluid 40 stab and a better wind. There, super irregular wind with an average of 10/12 knots, with lows to almost nothing, up to max 15 knots.
In these conditions, I would normally go out with a 6m and Veloce XL-T but I absolutely wanted to test this combo. Not very optimistic when entering the water, I figured it would take a lot of sweat and luck to take off in this wind. Fortunately, Patrice and Malo had just made a little pumping video ? .
It got me fired up, I applied Malo’s technique, and there, the magic happened!!!!
I took off almost as fast as with my Veloce XL-T. In flight ??? , a crazy glide and a crazy speed for the wind we had. Top speed on 2sec was 39km/h, on 10sec 36km/h.
It’s promising for the days with better wind conditions! Thank you Patrice for this crazy combo, a real gem.”
