Transition from the Zuma to the Flint for Danny who has also equipped himself with a new Fluid XXL-S front wing. Here is what he had to say about this transition:

I weigh 85kg with a full winter wetsuit and a 6.5m wing, still loads of stability. I think this board is my limit though, such a good feeling. Paired with the XXL-S Fluid it just all seems so fluid! Super smooth. I haven’t installed the V-Straps or any straps yet as I have a weak knee and don’t want to risk it until I become more in tune with the board. Great to have a handle for carrying on the bottom. The old Zuma never did and it was a pain getting in and out of the water.The deck grip is the same, why change something when it works, very grippy and comfortable.
The board is super light.
The only downside is when I put the Alu foil and fuselage on, that’s a lot of weight there. Maybe be GONG will give me a free 85cm carbon to review…(hahahah)
Totally recommend this board. I was going to go to the 5’10” but this was worth the little bit of first few hours of getting used to…love it!!!”
