Height and hangtime were the key words of Florent's session with the Ayto which he was able to test in fun conditions.

The equipment and conditions of this twintip session

“Feedback of my test of the Ayto 11m2 in 25 knots last Saturday at the Merville-Franceville spot, Calvados.

- I weigh 86 kgs and have been kiting for 20 years and had a TT on my feet (not the @gong.galaxy unfortunately… 14 years ago I asked Patrice if he was going to shape twin tips, in short maybe a future test).

- GONG FeelX 52 kite bar connected and kite inflated very quickly. Very good construction, clean, careful design that I really like and which will be noticed at its fair value on the spot too, good quality materials, resistant, everything inspires confidence.

- This kite is really beautiful 😍, very comfortable bar, feeling of lightness and direct and precise control of the kite, easy to use trim, on the beach the kite already appears very stable.

The sea is low and the friends I meet tell me that the wave peak is setting in but I don't have my surfboard and the Ayto was my smallest kite to test (I also had the Vertigo and the Unik in 12).
So let’s hit the water and these little 1m 🌊 waves turned out to be perfect ramps.”

Hang time and control

“To go straight to it…. YES, the Ayto will allow you to boost 🚀super high jumps 🛰️ . I mean really high with a top-notch 🌟 hang time! It’s clearly to kite it is presented to be , a rocket of insane efficiency .

- And above all it is super predictable, stops in an instant and settles at the zenith immediately which is super reassuring and comfortable. Especially when committing to huge jumps.

- In short, it’s really a legit Big Air kite 👊 that’s also super safe ✅ With gusts blowing at 27/28 knots I was afraid of being quite overwhelmed by the power but the kite’s behavior is very sound, the depower is very effective and of great amplitude, the bar reacts immediately, the trim is perfect and the grip of the bar is a real joy.

- Really very happy with this test and the flying qualities of the Ayto, which turns quickly, takes you off the ground easily, for a long time and very high 🆙 with perfect control.

- The kite also has a very good drift in surfing and is super fast 🛩️ . The traction of the kite is important in both jumps and sailing 🚄. Couldn't test the re-launch because it didn't touch the water.

- In these conditions I would have been perfect with a 10 or 9 but I was fine with the 11 too. It translated into a pure big air session, without getting ripped off. So Ayto validated in its program and in overpowered conditions.”

Construction and price

“The lift of this Ayto amazed me as well as its ease of control and neutralization.

I love these colors and its design, top construction 👍, always with the ultra low price @gongkite strives for.

I totally recommend the Ayto for sending big airs, because it is very efficient and easy to access. Just remember not to try things above your level or to take inconsiderate risks at sea. 🤙”
