The Wing Tour 2023 paid a visit to Flavien who shares a detailed feedback of the new SuperPower with unboxing and feeling on the water, all in video.

“As part of the #GONGWingTour, I was able to test the new Wing SuperPower 2023 in 6m².

At first sight, in navigation there is nothing to say. But in fact it’s because the wing is so great that it seems normal ???.

When you take the time to analyze?. You realize that the wing is super stable, you are well set, it does not move. The wing is also light in the arms. I was really surprised by its maneuverability and its stability in freefly for a wing for which this is not the program. I found the 2021 SuperPower V1 to be a little weak on both counts, so I upgraded to Droid in 2022.

“It takes off on its own.”

The negative point ? As on all GONG 2023 wings (excluding Plus), the pumping technique must be reviewed to pump more vertically in the low range of use. It takes practice and a better technical level. Otherwise as soon as you are in the normal wind range, it takes off on its own.
