Before performing this maneuver, it is obvious that you must already have mastered the jibe in flight. Then, you will be able to launch yourself into making this trick happen.
Wing foileur : Patrice Guénolé, Boss & Shaper GONG, with the Neutra and Lemon FSP Pro.
Gain some cross wind speed. You’re going to need it to complete your manoeuvre.
Engage your jibe by moving your weight over to your toes. Use your weight on your toes to keep your speed up and avoid tightening the curve. You pass the wind axis a first time.
As soon as you start the turn, position your Wing slightly behind you.
Once you are aback, lean upwind against the Wing, otherwise it will blow you over on your back.
The rotation continues. Dose the trim/sheating countering with your hands.
Keep as much glide as possible and tightening up the turn more and more.
Pass through the wind axis again. When the Wing regains power, return to your original position.
