Foil Curve H V3 - Carbon HM 92
Program
The complete kite foil for carving and surfing that’s easy to pump with a formidable drive.
Presentation
A magical rail to rail, along with an impressive glide and a truly comfortable lift, is what the Curve H stands out for. Qualities that make it very accessible despite being a performance front wing.
It is the front wing of choice for mixing simplicity and the advantages of high aspect foils. It excels in carves, jumps, pumping, freeflying… impressive versatility without any complexity.
In its DNA we find the outline of the Curve which makes it a bestseller. Carves are smooth at both low and high speeds. It’s not a radical foil: it’s a carver. It has grip and won't lose the line of your carve. You can feel a form of constant traction in any trajectory, as opposed to with a more sneaky behavior.
Its generous front wing profile provides excellent lift. It takes off super early and glides fabulously over a huge speed range. When surfing, it's a game changer. Pumping is very efficient without being technical: you “never” stall with this magical shape!
The plane is combined with the 92HM V3 carbon mast: a masterpiece of technological know-how. Glide, stiffness, lightness and responsiveness: it's the ideal mast for foilers in search of excellence.
The 92 cm length provides all the height necessary for comfort and performance in wingfoiling for race and in kite foiling. Far from the chop and with comfortable margins, you can go faster, harder, and further in actions. The gain is significant, especially because you feel confident to push hard! The slimmed-down 13 mm section is optimized to deliver its maximum potential in high to very high range with small front wings. This mast instantly boosts average speed and multiplies top speed!
If you'd like to build your SETUP with an 85cm mast, you can view the corresponding complete Foils SETUPs in the WINGFOIL category.
Front Wing
The outline of the Curve H is curved towards the back to move its center of lift back. In addition to providing stability in carves, this artificially reduces the front to rear span to free the foil in yaw: the foil carves and turns short even at low speed.
It carves hard on the wave without overwhelming the surfer thanks to a high moderate aspect that perfectly blends glide and maneuverability. The behavior is very healthy; it goes from one rail to the other naturally. This moderation gives it a lot of versatility, which makes it the perfect foil to access the high aspect shapes.

Stab
The Curve stab's elliptical outline centres its lift and refines the tips to untwist the foil in rail-to-rail mode while retaining lift.

Evolution
Overall, the new H range has gained enormously in glide.
Foils take off much earlier. On average you can go for 200 cm2 less surface area than with the previous generation for equal lift. The stabs are also much smaller.
This gain in glide, and the resulting reduction in surface areas, therefore makes it possible to radically increase the top speed and the average speed: by downsizing you generate less drag, and more speed.
The new profile, constant across the entire wingspan, makes it very forgiving in near stall situations and breaching. The foil holds very far at low speed. It’s stunning!
Forgiveness for breaching is unprecedented. You can fly close to the surface stress free: the foil remains super healthy to the point of not even feeling the breaches.
This consistency of the profile combined with an optimized composite layup gives even more rigidity to the foil, which allows for a steering that’s much more precise. The whole is really more rigid and more resistant to torsion.
A more efficient foil shape
- faster
- more rigid
- more resistant
- lighter
The new round shape allows a 12% gain in glide and the thicker section approaching the stab increases the strength and rigidity of the foil.
Hours of calculations on extremely powerful computers have allowed us to optimize the smallest detail to maximize performance. The fillets of all our connections have been carefully studied and adjusted to minimize hydrodynamic disturbances and increase the rigidity and resistance of the assembly.
SuperLock self-tightening system
The more pressure you put into the front wing, the tighter it fits into the fuselage.
The pressure angle makes it very easy to disassemble the front wing, even after long sessions. This fitting only requires two screws under the FW, which makes changing the front wing easier and faster.
This tightening principle, already validated for several years on our V2 stabs, is now available in an optimized version on the front wings.
A real plus for daily use!
Buying guide
For Whom?
You want to go next level? You’d like to go for a higher aspect ratio to gain in glide and average speed, but without switching to a pro-only front wing?
Then the Curve H is made for you as it is the easiest access to high aspect front wings! Its very predictable behavior, its natural rail to rail and its high lift make it very accessible for a front wing with such a high potential of performance.
For What?
Initially developed for wave riding, it is the versatile high aspect front wing that offers you the best combo of maneuverability and lift.
What size Front Wing?
The Curve H's low-speed lift means you don't need a lot of surface area to have fun. These are very forgiving and accessible foils for take off which allow you to reduce the surface area without losing low end.
You can :
- Undersize to gain mania and speed.
- Stay with your usual sizing to boost glide and create magnificent curves with infinite glide!
- Upgrade to larger wings for an ultra-early take-off, while maintaining a disconcerting glide and glide!
Some generalities on the choice of front wing sizes:
The preferred size will depend on your foiling discipline, your level, your weight, the conditions of your spot but also your board and your wing.
When pumping, you want as much surface as possible to be able to get going without the help of a wave or wind. By improving your technique and gaining more speed, you can reduce the surface area you need.
In surf/SUP foiling, the perfect surface area would be small enough to turn with ease but large enough to take off and pump comfortably.
In wing foiling, all sizes work. The heavier the rider and/or the lighter the wind, the larger the size. Conversely, riders who are lighter and comfortable with takeoff can look for smaller sizes.
When kite foiling, you want to avoid wingspans of more than 80 cm because the counter-heel is significant and the tips will easily breach the surface. Favor lower aspect ratio front wings to start because they provide a lot of lift for a limited wingspan.

What Stab?
We recommend pairing a Curve H stab with your Curve H front wing, as these two components are designed for the same program and optimized to work in perfect harmony.
General information on the choice of stab sizes:
The preferred size will depend on your foiling discipline, your level, your weight, the conditions of your spot but also your front wing.
A larger stab will make take-off easier because the foil will generate a significant torque which will tend to give it a significant angle of attack. This also implies more front foot pressure.
A smaller stab will be more technical on takeoff but will boost speed and maneuverability. We also lose some front foot pressure, which means having to move the foil forward in the boxes to regain this stability.
Always adjust the size of the stab to the size of the front wing to obtain a balanced flight and functioning harmony between these two components.

Aluminum or titanium fuselage?
We strongly recommend using a titanium fuselage in the following cases:
- IIt is mandatory for your safety if you plan to navigate beyond the 300m zone or if you sail more than 300m from shelter (serious bodily injury risk in case of unexpected breakage).
- If you jump (risk of material loss).
- If you use front wings with a wingspan of more than 110cm (risk of material loss).
If you don't meet any of the above conditions, the aluminium V3 fuselage will suit you just fine.
