Presentation

From beginner to advanced, the new Lance offers a unique concept of short but very wide boards for learning to wing easily on a really fun board. This year we've reworked the shape to make it even easier for you to progress.

With less than six feet long, the Lance is in the short boards range. This translates into an amazing comfort on land and for transport! On the water too as you don’t have that long nose in front of your feet that slows the board down. The Lance is responsive and reactive.

To maintain great stability, our major focus of attention was the width and the volume distribution. It’s been known for many years from windsurfing that width is the key element in comfort. It’s the width that will make your life easier and make the ride less physical. With the very wide width of the Lance, you have an amazing comfort. On your knees, the board doesn’t roll. It remains stable even in the chop.

Icing on the cake, this width will greatly facilitate the control of the foil at the beginning by keeping the board flat during the speed-up phases. You really feel safer with the foil under control.

FSP PRO Technology

This full PVC sandwich is covered with full carbon for a hyper dynamic whole.

The ultimate technology that adds up the best of all constructions for crazy performances.

The performance gain is crazy: the board is solid, rigid, ultra light and responsive!

3D shapes on modeling software.
Preshape by numerical control for total reliability.
Shape control by traditional templates, finishing off the last mm 100% by hand.
Epoxy resin and EPS foam blank: solid and lightweight.
Deck, hull, and rails in vacuumed PVC sandwich: incomparable strength and incredible dynamism.
Deck: Full sandwich with a PVC core material, on a layer of 4oz fiberglass for flexibility, and one layer of 6oz carbon fiber on the outside. Additionally, there are fiberglass reinforcements in sensitive areas.
Hull: Full sandwich with a PVC core material, on a layer of 4oz fiberglass for flexibility, and one layer of 6oz carbon fiber on the outside. Additionally, there are fiberglass reinforcements in sensitive areas.
Specific foil reinforcements: high-density PVC block housing the two US rail boxes. Four layers of carbon cover the boxes. Laminated PVC slats connect the reinforcement to the deck for maximum durability.
Laminated PVC stringers connect the foil box reinforcement to the deck for durability.
Carbon reinforcements at the strap inserts, under the heels, and the footstep area.
Rails: the PVC sandwich structure completely covers the rails: increased structural strength, very good shock resistance (paddle, knee and harness hook impacts).
Carrying handle integrated into a PVC block : limits infiltration, avoids breakage in the surroundings.
Hot coat with integrated tinted resin: nobility of the process, weight reduction and solidity of the finish.
