Surf Frank EPS
Program
The ultimate longboard for noseriding lovers, honed to perfection.
Presentation
The Frank is a refined and unapologetic version of what a longboard can deliver in small waves.
Sitting between the Deano and the Incredible Ten in the GONG range, it stays true to classic noseriding while enhancing it with bold design choices and cutting-edge technology.
Featuring a long yet refined outline, increased volume, and an extra-wide tail, the Frank delivers exceptional lift and stability for noseriding. Its slim profile ensures quick paddling, offering a smooth glide and maximizing every ounce of wave energy.
The broad tail locks in the water flow, creating remarkable lift and stability at the nose. It feels as if you're floating, effortlessly maintaining your trajectory with perfect control.
A slightly more pronounced rocker finely balances the board’s substantial volume, granting it remarkable maneuverability for its size. Transitions between nose and tail flow effortlessly, delivering a smooth and intuitive ride. The rails stay true to the classic 50-50 shape, ensuring a sweet glide while honoring traditional longboard design.
Thanks to its ample volume and carefully tuned rocker, the Frank gets into waves early and keeps a seamless glide. It’s built for surfers who want the perfect balance of style and performance, with a modern edge that transforms each wave into a creative playground.
From flowing through sections with ease to holding timeless noserides or just embracing the beauty of the ride, the Frank embodies the very essence of a noserider longboard.
OUTLINE
The Frank’s outline is fully dedicated to noseriding, featuring a generous nose but, more importantly, a massive tail with an ultimate OFO. This tail locks the board into its line when noseriding, and combined with a pronounced rocker, it continuously lifts the nose as the tail engages with the water.
The widest point is kept moderate for a board of this volume, ensuring excellent paddling efficiency.
ROCKER
The Frank features a significant rocker—one of the most pronounced in the longboard range. However, it remains exceptionally smooth and almost continuous. This results in a board that doesn’t catch on every little imperfection, carves seamlessly through turns, and uses its inertia to transition fluidly between turns.

Buying guide
For whom?
The Frank is designed for longboarders passionate about pure noseriding, seeking a board fully dedicated to this discipline. Its design optimizes nose time by delivering the ideal mix of stability, lift, and seamless glide.
The Frank suits both experienced longboarders and intermediate surfers looking to refine their style and progress in the classic log repertoire. It’s not a versatile all-rounder or a radical modern longboard—it’s made for those who seek ultra-stylish glide, precise lines, stalls, and flow on the nose.
For what?
Designed for effortless flow, the Frank is all about engaging with the wave rather than pushing aggressive modern turns. Its generous tail and finely tuned rocker allow it to settle seamlessly into the wave’s line, offering unmatched stability for extended noserides.
With the Frank, everything is designed to adapt your surf to the wave and extract its purest essence. It naturally locks into the perfect line, allowing the surfer to focus on positioning and style without struggle or loss of control.
Which size?
What are the ideal waves?
The Frank is built for small waves, where it can fully unleash its potential.
It excels in knee- to waist-high conditions, with a preference for long, sluggish waves that allow for smooth lines and extended time on the nose. Perfect for point breaks, slow beach breaks, and clean, gently peeling waves.
The Frank isn’t meant for aggressive surfing or high-speed waves. Its design is all about smooth flow and stability, not explosive maneuvers.
Which fin setup?
The choice of fin plays a crucial role in how the Frank performs.
- A 10” to 11” single fin with a broad base offers superior control and stability for noseriding, though it may somewhat restrict speed and responsiveness.
- A pivot fin will help maintain the line and lock the board in place under the nose, especially in sizes over 10’’. It provides more speed and freedom compared to a fin that is uniformly wide throughout its length.
- A fin with a touch more rake can add some drive and playfulness, but the Frank is designed for smooth, refined glide rather than increased maneuverability.
- A single-fin setup is essential to stay true to the Frank’s pure noserider program and fully embrace its unique flow.
