Beyond its groundbreaking qualities, HDCC technology embraces the no-volume board concept. Our new “Novo” range introduces shapes where volume is minimized to the essentials. In kitesurfing, excessive volume can be a drawback, making the board bounce unnecessarily, whereas thickness is less critical when the kite provides vertical lift. With a stance lower in the shape and ultra-thin rails, the responsiveness and precision in turns and maneuvers are simply stunning.

The volume reduction made possible by HDCC technology— the only one capable of providing the necessary strength for such thin boards—delivers an incredibly refined feel on the water. High temperature molding provides a better bond between fibers and resin, increasing mechanical strength and durability under high stresses. The mechanical properties of the board remain stable even when exposed to high temperatures.
