Introduction

This high ratio foil with minimal thickness is clearly oriented towards speed. In kite foiling, it’s the exact compromise between the speed of a racing foil and the very lifty handling of a surf foil. This incredible glide is found in the restarts, in the accelerations and in top speed where we see a huge difference. You go faster, stronger, with a very nervous foil. We’re clearly on the edge of a race foil but still with the fabulous maneuverability of a surf foil with double the lift of a typical kite foil. However, it is not an exclusively speed foil. The profile remains super docile and forgiving. It is ideal for committed transitions. We’re less overwhelmed by the foil, so we can push harder. This is typically the shape of the foil that you choose when you want to push the performances further. The Veloces with a moderate ratio and Veloces T with a higher ratio. The Veloces wings in sizes XS-T, S-T, M, L, XL, XXL offer a very high level of performance, especially in terms of speed. The Veloces-T wings, called T for Tall, fit between the standard sizes, therefore: M-T, L-T and XL-T. They have a higher ratio which allows for the speed of the smaller size and a lift close to the larger size. Indeed, they take up the chord and the thickness of the size below but with more wingspan to increase the ratio. The Veloces-T are therefore sleeker, faster, and intended for foilers who want more performance than the Veloce. This is typically the shape you choose when you like Veloces but want to push your performance further. Beyond this ratio even more stretched on the Veloce T, the outline has been refined on the tips. The outer third offers less surface area to boost the handling of these fast wings. The rail to rail is much more progressive than on the classic Veloce which in turn rely on optimal lift. Roll control is also boosted on the Veloce T.

Shape

These wings focus everything on speed with reduced dimensions: very thin thickness, ultra fast receding profile, very narrow chord for more top speed. The outline is refined on the tips. The outer third offers less surface to boost the handling of these fast wings. The rail to rail is very progressive which boosts roll control. The Veloce Front Wing M-T has a wingspan of 78cm, 1050cm², and its volume is 0.71L. The surface is small with a very thin profile 1.4cm thick. Mounted with a 39 cm Veloce Stab, this is a high performance kite foil for technical and athletic riders.

Equipements

• The foil consists of a Veloce M-T Front Wing  with a Veloce 39 cm Stabilizer.
• The new 95cm aluminum mast and the fuselage are delivered with the Mast Fuselage Connector for a conical assembly without play.
• The 4-hole plate, with standard center distances, will offer you a perfect connection between your foil and your board.
• The complete screw kit with tightening key is supplied. Everything is delivered in a very practical transport bag to store and transport your dismantled foil.

Construction

Our wings are made of 90% Prepreg 3K carbon, with more than 15 layers of carbon fiber in total. High tension points such as the joints and connections are reinforced with Kevlar to resist tearing and glass for tolerance. Moulded at high pressure and high temperature on a foam core, our wings and stabs are practically indestructible. Both rigid and floating, they are the perfect balance between contained weight and infinite durability. All of our wings and stabs have “soft tips”. Their ends are rounded and bulky to limit the danger, within the limits of efficient hydrodynamics. Likewise, the trailing edges are blunt so as not to be sharp. We invite you to be extremely careful despite everything because these parts remain dangerous by nature. Stay at a distance, and never sharpen them. Our new 95cm Alu mast is perfect to perform with the Veloce foil. Our new mast gains in performance and modernity with this new teardrop-shaped profile. Its chord is wider to optimize hydrodynamics and limit drag. This also eliminates the phenomenon of mast twisting and thus offers sharper sensations. The profile is also thicker to bring more rigidity and to offer a direct and incisive piloting which will surprise you even in very committed curves. This gain in rigidity will allow you to be much more efficient in take-off/pumping, at high speed, as well as in surfing thanks to a more precise feeling of the foil. A new assembly part between the mast and the fuselage is appearing this year: the Mast Fuselage Connector. It’s a conical piece to fit in the fuselage with a 6cm fitting in the mast to eliminate any potential play between these two parts. You have the rigidity of a monobloc mast with a removable system. The new fuselage retains its assembly system with the wings to maintain compatibility with all our front wings and stabs. The top plate is still gaining in strength The whole results in an optimized foil, extremely powerful and resistant, with a frank piloting which will know how to take the moves without the slightest distortion. This foil is completely dismountable to adapt to all sports at a lower cost and give you the possibility to replace a damaged part.
