Designed by our R&D team in France, this hook will adapt perfectly to your beginnings with the harness as it’s super simple to use. You just have to slide it on your leash belt and off you go.
The shape has been designed to make hooking and unhooking from the harness line as easy as possible. A beginner can use it as soon as he knows how to fly with control. No need to be a pro. This little accessory will boost your progression in an obvious way: less energy spent to just sail and therefore more energy available for the taking off phases and the transition phases which are the key to your progression.
The design also allows the hook to slide on your side. This will be super useful if you have to paddle lying on the board, to get past the whitewater for instance or just to get away from the shore. It’s also useful when climbing on your board. It’s very simple and intuitive to use.

Unless you’re a Pro or a fitness champion, a harness becomes a must have for any session that exceeds an hour. Generally speaking, it will become a habit for any wing foiler to spare his or her back.
A harness hook radically changes your session. Keep your energy for the intense phases: jumps, surfs, tricks and save energy in the phases in between: getting back to the peak, sailing upwind, long speed runs.
Saving energy during the session also allows you to recover after it. This translates to a better shape for the sessions that follow one another on trips or during the weekend! What’s the point of giving it your all for 1 hour only if you can hold the same pace for 3 hours every day for the same effort with a harness?

If at first the effort without a harness is very qualitative for your body, it’s a different story in repetitive and intense uses: tendonitis, various wear and tear, general fatigue etc…
Construction
The fiberglass-filled polycarbonate construction is really solid. The structure of this hook has no metal parts, which protects your board from small impacts.
Optional: you can insert a screw in the hook to lock it on your leash belt. This adds comfort and precision in long speed runs. Please note that you will no longer be able to slide the hook on the side if you use this feature.
